For Noel, doesn't seem like it. Hitstun is still a key factor in Noel's (or any character's) combos, so FC 4D still looks like our strongest starter. And @ Hex: Your first 3 links are all the same video, unless my computer is being wonky.

Those d.5C's drops were actually unintentional. Usually from trying to Fenrir and somehow messing up the input. I'm rusty and trying to remember what decent execution is, but my playstyle always seems to be an issue. Rust or not, I tend to fail at securing a match point (meaning I can win 1 round against a good player, but usually not the match), which is why I was looking for a second opinion to begin with. The advice so far is pretty good, I just have to actually practice and apply it. And @Arc, if they're standing after a blocked BT, wouldn't it be possible, and safer, to RC then microdash/dash into 2B > 6A > 6C > Stuff? Or is the blockstun not long enough to close the distance?

You are right though. RC needs to be a permanent part of my game. I think I had the gist of it at ECT then proceeded to forget about it again. As for the j.D overuse, I should do something about that. Not sure what though. It's not like Noel's air normals are very good.

For BB, I know I asked Dai if any of pool 1 or 2 had been recorded on the main station, answer was no. I'm assuming top 8 got recorded since it looked like LK was doing commentary, but I didn't ask so I'm not positive if it did or not. For Marvel, I haven't a clue what exactly got recorded or streamed.

Man I wish I knew casuals was happening earlier, I coulda came and chilled for a bit. By the time I figured out you guys were having casuals, it was time for me to go catch the train. That aside, Saturday was hype as fuck. Good shit to St1ckbug, Dai, and LK holding shit down for BB. Was nice to finally meet St1ck and MT5A in person. Casuals with Batousai, so lulzy, but very legit.

Cyborg crabs sounds like some nobel prize-tier concoctions. Capture them. FOR SCIENCE. I haven't hosted anything personally since ... er, the tourney back in March. A few random casuals happened in the nassau area since then, but they were small 2-3 person sessions, and the participants (not counting myself) don't regularly use Dustloop so there was little point in posting about it. The next "thing" that some LI players are participating in is ECT. Not sure how many of us are going since I didn't put any effort into figuring that out, but I know my room at the hotel will pretty much be LI players.

Sucks I couldn't get to this one. ECT is a go though!

Still good to bring my PS3 and Extend. Don't have Skullgirls though.

Next week I'm planning to come through to Suffolk for a couple days.
