Dude, I can't even stream from my room, and I have a working PVR. ScrCap is a POS that refuses to work, and I can't remember the name of the other program I used but it doesn't want to work right. And like you, my wallet cries everytime I spend. Really, I'm more focused on keeping my goal of saving up to kill off one of my old student loans. It's like 2.5 grand, so I have quite a bit of saving to do.

I know quite a few people from LI were hyped about going to ECT, if you wanna go, now's a good time to start talking/asking questions/pre-registering. Rooms are getting eaten up pretty quick.

I guess this would be a psuedo-update on my backup status: I don't have work or school, which means I should be available. However, to be perfectly honest, I may have something going on that I'd have to prioritize over this. But still not 100% sure what time of day I'll be available/unavailable so .... yeah, nothing really changed on my end. Shit stays questionable as far as my schedule goes, I swear. :c

Pre-reg'd. Room booked. First major and I'm hyped as hell. Also bringing a PS3 and copy of Extend. If its needed for the tourney I have no problem with lending it.

Unfortunately, recording this time was a no-go, not so much because we couldn't, but because I didn't want to futz around with it when I was already futzing around with getting the brackets ran smoothly. Since I have a better idea on how to run it now, I should be able to do it next tourney.

From what I can tell, there isn't a regular schedule for it, they'll usually talk about it a bit in the NYC/NJ threads and from there, might set up to get casuals in. It tends to be a Friday or Saturday though.

Squared said he's coming thru, though he might miss the tourney, he said he can hang for casuals. I know a couple other posters early in the thread mentioned possibly coming through just for GG. And I spoke to two peeps (non-DL, mind you) that are planning to come through just for GG. I'm expecting it to be a decent turnout.

Much appreciated ^^ Assuming that this tourney goes right in a few days, I might want to do it again, but the issue is trying to keep it from conflicting with TSB tournies. Airdashing scenes are poverty; it'd be rough to have two NY tournies in a month ... wouldn't it? Or am I not giving us enough credit?

Saturday is gonna be a train wreck for me too. Please believe. But I do appreciate you guys busting your ass to come out despite work-related conflicts. <3 I'll try not to start without either of you but I can't make any promises for obvious reasons. Also, in response to TD's post a while back, I am personally responsible for bringing three peeps out for games.

@Dillinger: Is there any chance you can make it to the tourney we're doing in Valley Stream this Saturday? Also -- Next week I should be in Suffolk for a few days if anyone wants to get some offline games in. Tues-Thurs are the days I should be around.
