so in the latest GameChariot vids with Maruken, there were three times that he used Baku -> Sakura into S follow-up: once against FAB, and twice against NakamuraB. i can see why he did it against FAB (low-life situation), but against NakamuraB, i don't understand: the combo doesn't do any damage; NakamuraB had half his life bar; and it seemed like Maruken just went along with attack patterns that weren't contingent on the Baku Sakura set-up. was it just to seal NakamuraB's Slash button? (cuz if that's the case, why wouldn't he use Baku Tsuki instead? it lasts longer than Sakura, and seals dashing and jumping.) anyways i'm kinda lost on this; i'll think about it some more but i'd appreciate any insight.

for the most part, i keep the kanji for player names when i post in the video thread. if there's no kanji, it's either written in english, katakana or hiragana. so, you could just browse the video thread for someone's name and probably find what you want.

jump install: not really, unless you want to go for an air combo. a good example would be in Slash, where you could do ground combo xx tatami FRC -> r.2D SJI -> sj.S-P-K -> dsj.S-P-K/S to D or YZS, depending on the character. well, i suppose there might be some really really specific set-up for a combo using jump install. but generally, "no", baiken has no use for jump install. of course you can airdash after a TK tatami FRC... you're saying: 2369+K FRC 66 right? to get an ad. tatami after a j.D FRC, i don't think you can do the directional input before the FRC. somehow, the input gets lost during the hitpause (this is probably a bad way of saying it), so you have to do it after. either j.D FRC 2366+K or j.D FRC 66236+K will work, but they will be different types of ad. tatami.

maverick: i found a zoome.jp downloader: http://slx.heteml.jp/zoome/ The first text field is for a zoome.jp video URL; the second one is a search function. So, to download from Game41: 1) Open up the Game41 movie page 2) Click on the movie to play it 3) Click it again, and it will take you to the source page 4) Copy the URL into the zoome.jp downloader, and hit the URL button 5) You'll now get a page with the following: a) the original URL b) an MP4 copy of the file c) an FLV copy of the file d) the movie embedded into the page 6) Click on the file format of your preference, and download. Enjoy~ ======================= I think if the embedded movie doesn't show up, your download won't initiate if you click on the MP4/FLV links, but i'm not sure. it just seems that way, after trying it a couple of times.
