Well Sol & Ky are the beginner characters who's inputs and combos aren't too hard so you might wanna start there.

Ok, this needs to be bumped, because this matchup is slowly becoming a pain the ass for me. Neutral game is fine, but I find distance to be a pain in the ass. Approaching by air doesn't work because of her 2C, and/or Stein. And if I stay on ground, it's either 6B or 3C. I guess the problem I'm having is approaching because once I get in, it's a non-issue.

But that would require Hazama to lose, and we can't have that. In all seriousness, according to Rachel, the only way for the time distortions to cease is if for Ragna & Jin to team up against them. Makes me wonder how that's gonna go, minus the obvious anyway. Question is, how are they supposed to stop them unless they directly interact with Amaterasu.

I love how we can have a discussion like this evaluating our character's points and weaknesses; generally with a fighting game characters it's either "BAW, X IS BROKEN, NERF, NERF" or "X IS SCRUB TIER". From what I've seen of both EX Haku and CP Haku. EX Haku has better damage options, while CP has more...I dunno, versatiliy? I mean Agito cross ups are damn good considering he only had j.B for that before.

I think 6B and 5D(1) are the best starters as far as Extend is concerned.
