  1. So wait, is this wheel of fortune or Calamity Trigger?
  2. Speaking Murokumos...I find it funny how Lambda is the only on who didn't get much character, at least compared to Mu and Nu.
  3. He's quite the charmer that Hazama.. SPEAKING OF WHICH, let's get off the subject of Ragna for a sec, as much as I love the guy I wanna talk about Hazzy. So....what's his role in this game, because from the info so far it looks like Relius is taking center stage this time around, so is he just gonna troll Ragna this time around or what?
  4. You mean calm down and actually channel his rage properly? I can get down with that. He seems to have mellowed somewhat in CP as he's noticeably calmer when dealing with Hakumen and Tsubaki, it's only when Hazama shows up when he flips his shit.
  5. It's probably just propaganda by the NOL to justify his bounty, I mean we all know Ragna has a bad attitude and a tendency to run at the mouth, but like Ori said, it just doesn't match up with his actual portrayal who only beats down people who piss him off, and even then is willing to spare them, the only exception being Terumi. The whole "Slaughter innocent people" thing is mentioned only in passing and doesn't seem to add much.
  6. The bastard. I'm pretty sure Ragna felt bad about it, I mean when he kills Nu in her ending, he seems really remorseful.
  7. That's what I like about this story, despite Ragna being the protagonist and primary viewpoint character, the story has a vast quantity of plotlines going all connected to each other in some way. That's pretty damn amazing considering it's a fighting game. But yeah, Ragna's a nice guy at heart when the world isn't trying to screw him over, but I never understood his "murdering" it's mostly in the background and seems to only be brought up in regards to Ragna's reputation.
  8. Hakumen is basically an anomaly isn't he, his entire existence is the result of screwing with the timeline and he's clearly not meant to exist considering there's already another Jin.
  9. So Ragna's a pervert....welp.
  10. You try being nice when everyone is trying to either kill you, molest you, telling you how much you suck, make a fool out of you, or have your arm cut off. We all know Ragna's a stereotype, but then again so are 99% of the cast and at the very least has a damn good reason for his attitude. And even then, he's mellowed severely since CT.
  11. Are talking openings, or in-game scenes because if the latter than yea, CT by a long shot.
  12. A fighting game protagonist who's an idiot, who would have thought... Honestly, I think Ragna knows Hakumen is one of the Six Heroes, he just doesn't give a shit; I mean he talks shit to Valkenhayn and Hazama too so I hardly wouldn't put it past him to not care about crap like that. It fits considering his personality.
  13. I still play Ragna because if I don't, people are gonna accuse me of jumping on a bandwagon.
  14. Look, I'd love to start some revolution too, but I've only had the game for little less than a year, and I still make lots of fuckups, and I know people can be cool, but others aren't.
  15. Something that occurred to me; for anyone whose played and/or watched Fate/Stay Night knows the relationship between Archer and Shriou mirrors that of Hakumen's and Jin's....so does that add to the theory that Hakumen may die in this game?
  16. Because Jin was like what, ten years old? Anyway, I'm pretty sure Ragna's arm is some sort of life line, if he loses it, he dies given that his arm never properly healed. That, and he doesn't seem to be in danger of the Azure taking him over ever since attaining the Idea Engine.
  17. .....wut..... Why does Hakumen sound so much calmer here than in CS, in CS he has constant growl in his voice yet in CT he sounds so much more composed.
  18. This only applies to Nirvana, and possibly Bang and Litchi but beyond them, he doesn't seem to give a shit about anyone else; I mean when he tried to retrieve Ragna's Azure Grimiore it never occurred to Carl that he'd be dismembering someone to get it. In fact, I remember distinctly he mentioned he was going to dissect him to get it. So yeah, Carl really is his father's son, and the irony makes it tragic.
  19. The sad thing is, no matter how much he tries to deny it, Carl is becoming just like his father. The boy is essentially a sociopath in his pursuit of Relius and how he has literally no problem killing his childhood friends to get info, while still being eerily polite. And he has the sense of fashion as well.
  20. Just another Tuesday night for Relius.
  21. I love how Relius seems to not give a shit about Carl, or what he's done; his reaction to seeing him is more or less "Oh, it's you" in the most bored tone ever. He's even more of a sociopath than Hazama, at least he reacts to the shit he does.
  22. I love nobody likes Jin, period.
  23. Let's be entirely fair here; 1. We only have arcade shit to go on, and that's nowhere near as substantial as the console story. 2. We haven't even seen Jin's Arcade mode, or what he plans to do in it. I mean his final bosses are Tsubaki & Izayoi, but also Ragna and Hakumen I believe. I know Jin may seem static now(And for a while he was), but I think we're judging prematurely here considering we're basing all of this on small quotes and nothing more.
  24. Now I'm gonna pissed if this isn't the ending period. This is better than anything they could come up with.
