Yea, they re-added her D-cancels but other than that, she got nothing really significant in terms of her playstyle and just nerfed what she could already do. I mean yea, she had a shit ton of range and movement and good damage when she needed it, but it was kind of offset by the fact that you had to really commit to your options and when to use them and her inability to get people off of her when she's pinned down. I might just drop her to sub status and stick with Hyde/Phonon as my primaries.

So she's like Ragna & Jin in a way that she relies primarily on fundamentals, but doesn't have as many good tools as they do or the consistent damage output?

Its also why Hazama and Bang have new VA's.

To be fair, Ragna is one of Seitz's rare roles as the protagonist, so its kinda understandable to automatically associate his voice. That said, I'd argue him as Scorpion and Franky are just as well known. And hey, he's Kenpachi Zaraki now in Bleach as well.

If so, its definitely going to be mainly tied the Sector 7 storyline, and Kokonoe's pretty much the main character as far as that plot point is concerned.

I mean, she was a character created as leftovers from two other, more important characters. She never had much of a chance. Hey, she at least played a major supporting role, that's more than that people like Bullet can say :V Makoto might just end up helping Noel(and probably Celica) save Ragna, because she's a good friend like that and any friend of Noel's is automatically a friend of hers and all that jazz.
