  1. If they don't change enough about him in 2.0, he might end up being boring and bad to play and that's the worst combination.

  4. He's the main character of a fighting game, he has to be solid enough to be viable without being stupid. Ragna's lacking in options, but that's generally the point.
  5. There's TSB every month which has UNiEL playable generally, casuals you generally have to bring your own setup and hope you can find a free tv. Other than that, it's best to come Fridays or Saturdays and hope you can find a setup. I've gone one Friday and found a setup, so you just gotta get lucky, otherwise come early with your own PS3 and hope you can find someone. I generally come when I feel like it, but I'm there most Fridays.

  9. I kind of have to agree with the above, as much as I love playing this game, I don't know over half of the matchups in it. It's rather grating when I can barely find anyone who plays characters like Carl, Relius, or Litchi and I'm stuck asking "How the fuck do I play".

  16. I tried to just use the ground version for oki, how do the two differentiate?
  17. It's a safe jump option if you use j.2C while falling; if the opponent late techs, they get caught by it. If they DP, you have enough frames to block after the j.2C, only thing it doesn't really work on are backrolls midscreen.
  18. So basically your strategy relies solely on what the opponent does instead of anything consistent; the wonders of netplay never cease :V
  19. Riiight, I should get back to this, but yea the latter; the j.2C hits behind the opponent and you also recover on that side too. Well he usually does 214x for oki, and if he does in neutral, he usually follows up with a teleport; I've used the 214x series a few times in neutral while D-canceling and it doesn't seem that safe. It might just be netplay, but yea. As for CS, you can use it to cancel 214x to make it safer I guess.

And shout outs to the ungodly amounts of Yomi and in our Hakumen mirrors Raziul, I still gotta get use to the flow of those matches. I also got your name right this time :V
  24. Just whiff 2A on their wake up and block, generally holding 1 as you press the A button. If they DP, you're safe and if they grab, you should have enough frames to tech it. If they don't do either, just continue your pressure.
