  1. I was actually kind of surprised by Thanatos' hitboxes, part of me was expecting them to be as gratuitous as everything mitsuru has.
  2. Was the j.C -> 2a part of a combo? I know it's a part of the 5c(ch) -> B.Bufu -> IAD j.B -> j.C -> 2a -> 5b -> ender combo I wonder if j.C on CH is combo-able, could be interesting for a potential frame trap.
  3. Last match with kanji showed off that 2c -> Bufu -> IAD SB.Zio -> Dash -> 5c -> 2c -> B.Zio -> 5B -> 5C -> 2c -> Bufu -> j.C for 5.7k 25 SP and a non-CH start for 5.7k :O

Well if they're feared beforehand usually the smartest route seems to be wait for the wall bounce and then 5B, I probably should have clarified beforehand that the 5B combo I'm talking about is the one that stops the throw inertia. I figure doing this when they're feared is optimal for when they're cornered to maintain your advantageous positioning, but I still see the j.A land 5A combo done when throwing out of the corner. I'm just going to operate on the assumption that, sans positioning reasons, 5b -> sweep -> garu is the optimal choice.
  7. I feel like I need to ask what the optimal 5D combo is. I see liz's using 5D -> 5b -> sweep -> Garu combos, but at the same time I see others completely ignoring it and opting for the j.A -> 5A land combo.
  8. TK Garu after a j.C in the corner and swim in the tears of players that will never get to awakening because you're killing them from 5k out.
  9. Her sp usage is definitely going to be MU-dependent. Against Yosuke/narukami/mitsuru paralysis is worth about jack and shit because of the mobility they have access to anyway. Also, I'd like to observe that Bufu -> AOA -> RC -> Memento mori is the best finisher ever and should be used whenever possible. There is something way too satisfying about clocking someone with the book and then hitting them with mm.
  10. I can definitely see Liz becoming a more Pressure-with-thanatos-and-bait-the-primer-pop style. It seems reckless since Liz is so persona dependent, but I think realistically the matches that Liz wins are from confirming one large combo and then a second and very few characters are able to survive two liz combos. Basically you auction up those 4 primers as your chances to get in and if you make it work and you get them fearalyzed in a corner then the match is basically yours.
  11. There'd be literally no reason to eat three of them though, unless he wanted to get into awakening which is still a pretty questionable decision given his status/positioning

Didn't see this combo on here anywhere but from 5B CH you can do 5c(2) B.Bufu j.B j.C 2a 5b 5c(2) B.Bufu j.C This combo is also doable mid-screen if you IAD after the first B.Bufu, likewise it can be started anywhere from just a raw 5c(CH). I'm unsure if the last j.C will connect since it might be dependent on whether or not 5b was the starter. Also if your opponent is visibly frustrated by liz combos they are likely to take their hands off the stick, take advantage of this by mashing 2c if you have them in the corner( evidence: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8tHsprir7E#t=20m0s)

  15. So Justice won't have a ground-dash in any form? Interesting to see if Justice is then going to become a large slow character who focuses on bomb set-ups.
  16. It'd be nice to get some footage from the tests, but I won't hold my breath. If justice is actually playable I can finally get back to maining robot women only.
