So he has like 4 overhead options from neutral and a divekick. Throw in slayer dash, UB set-ups, and a reversal and you have got a scary character.

The more characters I want to play the more I feel compelled to playing only Nu. I do wonder what that new "face lift" move Nu has does though. My first guess would be it switches the properties of moves between Nu/Lambda, but that seems strange given that the wheel is the only really significant property change I can remember. Oh well, I'm hype for CP without question and the return of the eye-patch-wearing-S-tier-yandere-waifu sword goddess will be sure to refill my bath tub labeled "Tager tears"

It's entirely possible to do button set-ups without having to close the game, decent set-ups are not /that/ hard to come by (my heart goes out to all the college kids hustling on their macbook), and as it has been pointed out previously HD output from a PC and specifically on steam is no real obstacle. As someone who's on steam literally every day it's not difficult to see why a digital release is preferable. You're talking about a high-profile network of gamers (of all genres) numbering in the millions, never more than a click away from the store, and with easy access to their own communities by which they can play with and develop a community around a game for. This isn't even beginning to touch on the attractiveness of a digital release to NA/EU simultaneously which would help in cost subversion, but would also help create a stable online community. +updating games on steam is infinitely easier than it is on PSN/XBLA, and with a game like this already on 1.02 before ever hitting a console/pc release that has to be attractive to the devs. -
Bullet's combos I've seen so far without meter have been breaking 3k so her damage is definitely going to be alright. You also have to consider that until true combos are discovered everyone's damage is going to appear slightly lower.

Iconoclast is excellent That being said I do appreciate the new astral music. Shinsou was just kind of unfitting for some astrals.

From fullscreen you can do 5c(ch) B.Bufu IAD SB.Zio land dash 5c 2c B.Bufu j.C for solid damage. The 5c (ch) B.Bufu IAD j.B j.C 2a combos should also definitely be added to the first post. I think the 5c(2) SB.Zio loops should be noted as well

I'd have to see to be specific but I'm pretty sure they specifically mention the 13th unit reforming itself. Also, Valley Girl Nu was the best part of CS.

If they're seriously taking into account the popularity of ragna for newer players when thinking of changes I see no reason for why they would outright remove a character. Also, I seem to be the only one not bothered by the fact that the new characters are "coming out of nowhere." They're in a completely new location so I would assume the story has to take some drastic turns. I wouldn't be at all surprised by Nu/Mu/Saya being the 3 bosses at all, especially considering one of the new stages appears to be a murakumo graveyard.

Haha sorry didn't see that, was just making my post a wall on info on it. I'm fairly certain it has to be at the end of a combo because otherwise hitsun proration is such that they aren't able to tech until they hit the ground. After a few garus and zios the proration becomes high enough that they are given access to the air tech since the hitstun has decayed so much.

Just take note that the non-SB versions of Agi are still useful when you score knockdowns. By ending a combo early and throwing regular agi you get massive frame advantage to try whatever mix-up you have in mind. Just take note that it might be damn near impossible to do seamlessly, so against mashers it could be risking a primer. Tricky j.D reset in the corner: Follow SB.Zio with 5c(2) as an ender and anyone holding tech will get caught by the j.D follow-up for another full combo. I need to do some more experimenting with this, but in the corner going to C.Agi from 2c can be crazily effective. Instead of ending with second B.Bufu or B.Zio, just get that agi out and laugh at your +100 oki.

Probably because the min damage is calculated from the c version which does 2.5k and that patch adjusted it's min proration to .5. The buff adding 1375 is 50% of the average damage of the c/d versions. Fatal bonus proration takes care of the rest

I believe the 6.3 is only achievable if you use 2c previous to memento mori/ghastly wail/NAGEKI. As for fear remaining on them after a 4.2k nageki I wouldn't be surprised if the fear application works differently based on what move causes it. I'm unsure but I remember at some point reading something about poison behaving differently depending on whether it was applied through 2d or shuffle time.

Wait is this post 2c to begin with? If it isn't you can wring even more damage out of it by getting that 5c powered up. Also thanks for the video cor, if at all possible could you get a run-through of the optimized d.garu on everyone for comparison purposes? No rush :p

Against someone likely to mash dp I'd look for a way to get 2c out safely, the hitbox tends to envelop liz so the armor will eat a double upper from akihiko and blow him up.

After watching the loc test video I don't think the churning is that prohibitive, you have a looooong time to get in those consecutive inputs.

I figured her stance was due to poor back support coupled with the fact that she is rather top heavy. Also, pretty sure that the weak points on other characters correspond to certain specials that Azrael has. Something akin to: you can hit them with this special but it won't do much, but if they have a red mark then it will wall slam and allow for a full combo.
