  2. Been messing with Cathy and she seem fun.
  3. Hyper amour from barrier gave alot interesting perks that can help deal with alot of shenanigans. I think wall/ring attack also help but were more risky.
  4. game seem real legit to me. I wanted to play it more but barly had people to play with. Their srk thread with peeps who know some good stuff. I think Bark suppose to be the true top tier along Amy since she has devastating Hype rmode combo.
  5. I'm really not understanding the issue people have with this mechanics. Their high risk and high rewards even on successful blitz shield.
  6. My apologize I specifically mean shield. Not shield bunker. Doesn't it goes with saying that slash back is roughly the same between the two?
  7. Their concept is roughly the same. Both mechanic but the aggressor disadvantage with limited option to counter after successful shield/blitz shield. Main different is type of shield with moons style and each require different approach, still putting the aggressor at a disadvantage. It some respect it its more closer to GGAC+ slash back excluding the feature to do it during guard stun.
  8. I Don't get the get this beef abut Blitzsheild. Man if you guys dislike blitsheild, you must think MB's Shield Mechanics is the devil reincarnated.
  9. I havenn't dedicated to any 3d fighter , outside of F/AU, KoF:MIRA, and Bloody roar. I like the game rock paper scissors aspect but not sure about the other stuff. What level of memorization you need in this game?
  10. I don;t know how to deal with rush down with yukina. her 5A to slow to poke with, trump card terrible slow, and A+B moves just don't seem to cut it. Its really frustrating.
  11. Because beyond the gloss and frame rate lies a decent game.
  12. I think some of you guys under ratting touma. For starter 5s has the second fastest start up and capable of activating multiple times. Your reward are not follow ups buts it deterrent abilities. Also unlike the testsuya, accelarator, izaya, touma's 6s more consistent. The fact he tracks your position makes it very reliable in awkward hit combos situation like air juggles. Testuya while specialist counter still have uses. For starters he has much larger activation area that opponents have to respect. While their are counters to them, they force the opponent to exchange resource to beat it and those options can be punished. 6s while good for upping damage its also good at halting enemies in their place with its force gaurd stun state.

  14. Most Character and assists have some type of chemistry but certain match up I would recommend switching it up. I would suspect Shizuo and Izaya have better chemistry in nuetral and oki. While it is possible to combo with Izaya assists, if you primary use him in that regards you have other options that'll get you more mileage. I think Dukuro, Kino, Accelerator, and Pai would fit him better. yukina bnbs all get pretty identical with its ender providing different situations and rewards.

  16. Saying a game have to have certain mechanics because of some made up quota. Akastuki blitzkampf sequel begs to different.
  17. Yukina/celty vs Mikoto/Holo. outside of celty i felt i did'nt have anything at nuetral to help me cope with Mikoto range and trying to use refeclt gaurd to punish is difficult online. But'll admit once I score knockdown mikoto struggle.
  18. What I dont get is wy their such divide on this GG games. GGAC+r and xrd are very very different games. I can play both games and appreciate them. GGAC+R has pacing I like, while XRD has mechanics I prefer.

  20. 5PB had some Nitro guest star in their game. Its wishful thinking but I hope 5PB can get the same treatment with Nitro fighter. while Phanotm breaker is infamous some people still love the characters, i think it'll be welcome addition.

  23. Kino and Celty 5s seem really alike. what does kino do that outshines celty outside being slightly faster start up on 5s? Celty 's guaranteed hard knockdown and hits twice which can snuff some things
  24. the small touches really make the difference. character memorization is highly welcome addition.
  25. Few question Izaya assisst allow jump cancel normals to work normally on otg. What can I do with this? I'm not sure what type of assists suite my needs. Right now the I've been leaning toward Celty, Izaya mostly for their fast start up and cool down. I'm using Yukina and Asuna so not sure if they complement these assists. Any suggestion?
