Regarding the ranbat season, considering how smoothly things went, I'd like to gauge interest in running the brackets as three out of five. Thoughts? if you'd rather share your opinion in private, PM or text me.

If he has any kind of receipt or credit card statement, I believe the main office thing where they interface with customers is in Akard station, that's probably your best bet. If he paid in cash it might be a tough sell. The way we're going to do the points is to total your five highest scores out of the six week season provided you make all six ranbats, the idea being that if you're busy or have to miss a week, you're not directly penalized and can still put up a five score total, while the people who make all six are rewarded but not in a way that will directly skew the results. Even though you'll miss two, if you can take a few first place finishes, you'll be all set! Also thanks for the offer to bring a setup once your schedule clears up, and have fun in Chicago.

Okay, just got the final word from the venue. We're good to go for bi-weekly, and the first date is fixed for may 11th! The 27th is a no go since they're hosting a smash tournament, and although we could technically start this weekend, texas showdown is happening and the next one wouldn't be for a month, 5/4 is a once a year event they throw for customers. Venue fee will be $3, entry for each game will tentatively be $2 to keep it poverty. 2/3 double elim, winner is character locked, winner takes all, half goes to the top ranked player at the end of the season. I'll figure out end of season bonuses or prizes in the coming weeks. If you bring a set up your venue fee will be paid for you. If we can get four set-ups we should be able to rip through the brackets fast enough to play all three games. Any other set-ups we can still use to run casuals. If anyone can/wants to try and stream I'll put down money for an exhibition or team tournament depending on who shows up.

Alright so, I got a venue lined up for the DFW official unofficial Arcsys ranbat season. I'd have liked to give people a two week break after the Austin trip, but the may 4th weekend isn't good for the venue, so provided Sethlon isn't doing a smash tournament on the 27th, that's the tentative date for the first one. It will be at FX game exchange on Parker and Custer in Plano. If we can get enough confirmed set-ups, we should be able to run a bracket for GG, BB, and P4.

If there is a god he will keep me from the temptation of p4 netplay. I'm always on 3so though. If my friend from ft worth comes out on Saturday I'll tell him to pick you up. We might split a cheap room so he doesn't have to drive back. Is anyone hosting this weekend?
