We're pretty much wondering that since CT to be honest. If I had to guess, I'd say that Noel and Saya have some shared memories somehow, probably due to their relation to the Original PFD. With that said, we all know we are making theories with key parts of information missing. We don't really know a lot about what the heck is up with Es or more importantly, the Gate she's guarding. There's the possibility of something coming out to hype people in the wait for console release. (Remember Phase Shift 4?) That means there may or may not be an XBlaze 3 or/and a Bloodedge Experience in the works ready to throw most of our theories out of the window.

Uhh... You know that Noel was specifically stated to not be directly related to them almost a thousand times now, right? Mu was born when Ibukido was nuked, Noel is like, 5 years old. However, we don't know Ragna, Jin or Saya's true origins, so related might be a bit of a stretch in any case.

You're looking at it from the wrong perspective. The Original PFD came in contact with Amaterasu, developed a soul and stuff and her body is currently inside Amaterasu, that is the girl we saw in most Act II endings. As of right now, she is completely isolated inside the Amaterasu. Noel, the Eye of the Azure, is her consciousness/good side/something like that. That is the Noel we all know since CT. As we recently found out, Noel hijacked the 12th PFD, Mu. Something happened after CP and they're split inside the Embryo. So instead of Noel being the Girl Inside Amaterasu, The Girl Inside Amaterasu was revealed to be the Original PFD and Noel is the OPFD's soul.

Not really, Hazama got straight up murdered back in CS by Relius in order for Terumi to infiltrate Takamagahara with his ghost form. Let's not forget about Tenjo sealing his soul inside Rettenjo and still living consciously enough to lead the Ikaruga forces during the War. The Original Prime Field Device certainly has some sort of consciousness due to it Observing the World, fighting Izanami (Who was using Takamagahara) at the time in a large-scale Phenomena Intervention War, and dumping all the blame on Noel even inside the Embryo. Speaking of Takamagahara, Amane might be wanting to use it to Observe the Embryo/World while Ragna does his stuff. Takamagahara should be powerful enough to maintain the world, even if only for a short time. Obviously Amane wants something out of it, we just don't know why, how and what yet. So it's not exactly what I call obvious. Dang, Nine doesn't mess around. RIP Carl, people can't block even one Kunzite, let alone three. Too OP, pls nerf.

The "Love Core" thing should be the glowing cube he got in his Act III ending. But I don't want to believe that is the name of the cube, I'll never take a scene in this game seriously again. Imagine Terumi gloating to Rachel about looting her father's grave... "Guess who got the Love Core straight out of your old man's cold dead hands, shitty vampire!!!" No. Just no. Does anyone remember an relevant word that sounds like "rabu"?

Actually, Ragna wanting to protect Noel is the reason he'll be considered the "enemy of the world". Most of the cast want to fulfill their dreams and/or kill Noel. Ragna, as shown in Nu's Arcade ending, just basically decided to stand and say "This is stupid, you're all stupid." so he can save Noel and everyone else. Now, about Ragna dying... He has a mountain-sized pile of death flags, but we don't know if he'll die or for how long he'll stay dead. So, anything's possible right now. I don't know, we never had a multi-act Arcade Mode before, but if I had to guess, this should cover the events around the early mid-game. There are many questions unanswered about the period between CP and Act I and even more after Act III (As predicted.)

I showed a friend Rachel's CPEX summary of CT and CS. He legit asked me (In monotone no less) how am I even sane after playing this since CT.

Umm, isn't that why we specifically call the Girl Inside the Master Unit that? As far as anyone knows, Amaterasu is only a hideous huge mecha thingy that observes everything and got the real Azure and stuff. Besides, even the Original PFD wasn't always inside the Master Unit.

It's a theory dude. It may or may not be right. Chill. Anyway, regarding the theory, I don't really think it's right. Why Mu and not any of the other 12 Prime Field Devices? Heck, even Saya would be a much better fit. Still, somehow Noel is the Original Prime Field Device. At least according to Izanami. The Girl inside Amaterasu being the Original PFD makes sense, but Noel being both the 12th and the Original at the same time sounds crazy. Looks like this is the big question for Story Mode, so I'm not really surprised. By the way, clearing all three acts of all characters will be a freaking pain when Console Version drops. Definitely the biggest game of the series by far.

Terumi wants Noel to become Mu-12 again. The fact that we barely got any information about the period between CP and CF is very unsettling. Berserk Ragna actually devoured Noel (And possibly Jin) and somehow they even got out? There's some really trippy stuff going on.

Rachel is a Chrono Phantasma because she was an Observer. If I recall it right, she said it herself in CP.

I don't even get surprised anymore. Might be interesting if somehow that's related to Nine getting all the Nox in the trailers. Does anyone know why Trinity decided to chill in Yukianesa? And seriously, Jin can use the Power of Order to Observe now? Does that thing make coffee too?

Well, only two and a half summaries out and we already got some mindblowing stuff already. With that said, Playable or Not-Playable Trinity is not one of them. We should cut this out before it gets out of hand. Again. Even though I'd like the idea.

Thanks for the heads-up, been waiting for this since CF came out. Also, Character Select Screen Theme is also out. Pretty cool.

Wait. It was established since CT that Hakumen only had 20% of his original strength (In CT) because Kokonoe could only observe that much. Hakumen got a boost in CS due to Rachel observing him too to the point Tager got bodied since he wasn't expecting that much power from him. Even so, that wasn't enough to get his full strength. CP had Rachel start losing power and Hakumen too, further exemplified by the Time Killer fiasco, where it was established that he used up too much power and started to decay as well. My point is: Hakumen never had someone powerful enough to observe him at his full power. Amaterasu is observing him now. Yes, the Master Unit, the one that observes a bunch of Worlds. Does that mean we got 100% Hakumen?

I don't know why, but I think that Ragna will try to replace the Amaterasu Girl. It's not like he didn't tell Celica in the Phase Novels "BRB, going inside the Black Beast real quick, hold my paradoxical jacket and that sword that's bigger than you too. K, thanks bye." That's the vibe I'm getting from that Act III Ragna picture. Man, story mode is going to be crazy.

The struggle is real. I've rarely managed to get my friends to play BB after they cut the Special buttons from CT. That and I kinda learned to play well enough to beat some casuals. But moving on to the point of the topic, It's easier for me to explain what I don't like about BB. Seriously, The gameplay is really good, every character looks and feels unique, the game has a lot of depth and as much as I get dizzy with this plot sometimes, i freaking love it. Too bad that the CP hitstop kinda scares away new players, and I wouldn't count out Central Fiction from next Evo, especially if it gets a Console Release near December or January.

Dang, Jin got a nice cape. Weird to see Tsubaki as his secretary in those endings though. And Bang being together with the NOL (In Kagura's apparent team of Hibiki, Jin and Tsubaki of all things) could mean it's related to the Ikaruga War not happening and Tenjou or at least Homura being the Imperator. That's so freaking weird without context...
