Speaking of which, I'm not totally sure I understand the new system for card recovery. Let's say Akihiko (2 cards) and Elizabeth (6 cards) get Persona broken at the same time. Do we know of accurate data to tell how the time intervals for recovery are calculated proportional to a character's number of cards?

Ah, interesting. I barely know anything about Unlimited Mars, so I simply thought SA and Unlimited characters were essentially the same. They're not as well produced as the Japanese trailers but, if anything, at least they'll be able to show off better combos and more of what some characters can do.

No. This isn't pointless, baseless speculation like your Reaper stuff, this is actual news. Margaret and Marie are actually appearing on A5 clear files being given by Atlus at their event. This is looking more real than not.

Alright, so here's the deal: The P4AU Atlus tour started a few hours ago in Japan, where players will be able to play the console version of the game at select locations, much like Atlus USA was doing with Anime Expo, E3, Evo and stuff (and much like Atlus Japan did with Persona Q). Players who participate in this event will get an A5 clear file with art from P4AU. Where I found those images initially were randomly from Twitter, coinciding with the event being held and possibly being the A5 clear file in question. Who knows if it's fake or not at this point.

Which, in turn, sources back to me... Funny how that works, heh.

Neat, so there we go. Those 4 slots in the screenshot people were discussing would be: Marie, Adachi, Rei and Zen. Edit: Not that those have to be the only ones in the game, however. As I pointed out earlier, a Persona 3 version of Aigis will be a special DLC avatar for people who get related magazines with the code.

Well, Rei from Persona Q will be one of those avatars. I think there are a few key details from the Famitsu interview with the game's director that haven't been translated yet, like Rei being one of those avatars available (or shown off) at a later date, or that one of the key themes for P4AU is to "stand tall and proud" (hence the known lyrics for the main theme).

September issue of Persona Magazine will feature P4AU on its cover (naturally) and will be released in late August. P Magazine and Dengeki PS will contain codes for an Aigis lobby avatar and extra alt color codes.

Ha, nope. Personally, I tend to take things very literally, so thinking that what Yu Namba was saying wasn't a confirmation wasn't wrong at the time, and I will forever be skeptical about any of these "hints." I also never said that there wouldn't be a new character announced for Ultimax, if this is referring to me. It's interesting that Marie was announced so soon after the Evo P4AU exhibition, though.

A few things like Yu Namba's quote (that we can now look back on properly after this news), the DLC card numbering (with Marie obviously being #036, with Adachi being #035 and there being 37 in total), the potential layout of the character select screen thinking about how Marie would be implemented and the fact that every month since April, there has been a new character reveal with a possible last one in August makes me now bullish on the idea that there will be one last character reveal.

Unused voice clips. Just like Elizabeth Type A #114: "This is quite different from scolding my foolish brother" or Type A #115: "This is nothing compared to my sister." Same with Shadow Labrys Type A #74: "Reverse Persona!" or Type B #74: "PERSONA!" Same with the Persona 3 cast calling out their devolved Personas.

...Or he wasn't actually talking about another new P4AU character. Adachi won't even be playable in the build the Atlus Japan P4AU tour will be using starting on July 19 and ending on August 17, so it'll probably be a while before we see or hear more of him.

Yes, but they were taking a while and Atlus likes to mess around like that, just like they did for their Ultimax-ing stream. Confirmed a while back, along with a bunch of other songs.

New info on MadCatz P4AU TE2. It'll release in Japan on August 28 for 19,800 JPY. There'll also be an LE Shadow version faceplate of it.

According to Atlus USA's Nich Maragos, that would be the case. It was likely that the JPN version would not be region locked if the NA version was not, but it's nice to see a confirmation of it.
