Vanilla XX Faust had Pogo FRC. It was really good. He's now pretty much got it back. Edit: Feel free to edit on whatever your preferred Pot nerf to complain about is. This photo's solid gold. -

First build doesn't have Side 7. Game sucks. -
Dear customers -1 As said in our previous message, we asked the staff to uploaded your dvd game on our server. We just tested it but due to the anti-piracy technique it doesn't work. The anti-piracy has been created for the dvd version, and without the dvd on the hard drive, it goes in conflict. But you don't need to worry, the staff is creating since last week a down-loadable version to sell it separately, and in few days it will be available on www.necrostorm.com As soon it is on-line, we will give you the Free link to the file (this week) -2 As explained we already proceeded with a second shipment, with another postal service (the new one we will use from now on) the package will take half of the normal time, and won't pass trough the customs. 3-We will contact you as soon as the digital version is on-line, reporting you the link. Our Best Regards Still waiting on my copy.

For all you guys saying Ramlethal's super popular, she's currently got a usage rate of 0.51%. Obviously that number's going to change over time as she's only been out for three days, but that's hardly an enormous swing of the playerbase using her over the other newcomer, or indeed anyone else. -
Right, I've seen far too many (namely, more than zero) button checks this weekend, so it's time for a tutorial. 1. Select the "button settings" option on the character select screen. It's below Izayoi. 2. Press the Select button over each option in the list. This clears them out so you don't accidentally have a Function 1 button and select Unlimited characters or something silly like that. 3. Press your desired button for each function in the game. If you don't need a macro bound, don't hit a button over those options. 4. Press the Start button when finished. 5. Congratulations! The process of pressing each button to set a function has demonstrated that each button is working correctly! You can also test if your stick's movements are functioning by moving the cursor around the character select screen! Please stop wasting the TO's time, guys.

It's worth noting that Wagner's in the roster as opposed to Hilda. Indirect update announcement? -

Let's look at it this way: S tier is all fairly low-risk, high reward characters. There's two zoners, one shoto with a command grab and divekick (which really opens up his approach options) and a vortex character who's only ever going to go below A tier if her tools simply flat out stop working. A-tier is characters that are other slightly riskier to use (Chipp is like a Milia who has to use clever movement to force respect instead of just plonking Hdisc on their face) or solid spacing characters that don't have quite the options for opening people up as their S-tier contemporaries (Ky lacks Sol's grab or Eddie's corner carry after knockdown, Axl has a shoryu but lacks Faust's ludicrous high/low/command grab mixup game or continual pressure via minifausts, May doesn't crank up stun like she should and only has supers as her reversals) B-tier is characters who have some really good strengths, but not quite the levels of mixup, space control or sheer damage as those above them. Slayer's lost his crazy hitboxes (rest in peace, 2H) and #R damage while also losing the varied mixups of AC. Bedman's got the space control (and a damn good reversal super), but currently both his mixup game and damage are lacking. Most of the top-ranked Bedmen are basically just doing a chain into tatsu or sumo splash as their combo after all. I-no's probably going to be fine once people work out janky resets with that command grab. Venom's kind of like a weaker Faust/Ky with neither the command grab or shoryu. C-tier is "I could probably write an essay on how much they nerfed this guy". -

I can agree with most of that tier list. I'd be inclined to put Sol at the top of A and CH at the bottom of S but it's certainly a good indicator of what was winning in the first month. -
It depends on if you feel programmers and game designers should receive money for doing their job every 3 years or so.

Under Night In-Birth, PS3 release confirmed (Jul 24, 2014)

Last year's OVER THE WORLD was streamed, so I trust this one will be. IIRC it was nicolive and ustream but don't hold me to that. Assume nicolive and get ready to be booted out of the stream continually. Weird to see that Jin didn't make it in the end. I'll be rooting for Keiji/Adder/Boogie or Time Up's team anyway. -

The problem is that the good versions of +R Justice already existed. They're called Faust, Axl and Dizzy. EDIT: And Potemkin. -
Wind's pretty much the Magneto Arcana, so it needs to be strong or else its base concept isn't really working. Pushblock into whirlwind trap certainly helps too.

Well with Axl now having an actual anti-everything reversal I'm inclined to view him as the Sagat while Faust's the Dhalsim. -

Pot isn't bad because he lost Hammerfall FRC. The loss of an amazing frametrap is certainly a big nerf, but not enough to make him suffer so much. The two key nerfs that really kill him are the loss of the old 6K and 5P now whiffing on crouchers. These are devastating to his pressure after knockdowns. Without 6K his mixup is now simply meaty/throw instead of high/low/throw. Opponents can now hold down-back, wait for a startup animation to occur then jump. Sure he can do heat grab on their wakeup, but this is putting the onus on the Potemkin player to make the ballsy guesses instead of his opponent. It's also an indirect nerf to slidehead as there's now nothing with visual similarity. Without 5P his fastest normal can't keep the opponent from running away as much. There's no reason to respect Pot anymore because all of his offense is a series of coin flips instead of an even scarier version of the classic Slayer mixups. As for your remark about 25 meter options, no they should not be always better. If that's the case, why even have 50 meter options? If you have 25 meter options as tools for neutral and defense versus higher meter cost options leading to the big damage/position advantages (which the current RC and supers do), then there's some actual decision-making required by the player as to how they should use their meter. Is it more important to try getting in now, or should you find another way in and used the meter gained from your smarter use of movement to hit hard? Don't you think that's more interesting in a game that is played against another human being? Of course I miss FRCs on hit. I miss Pot's frametraps. I miss Hdrill unblockable. I miss the insanity that is Haircar FRC. This is a new game that's taking a different tack with how to use meter and RCs in general. There's nothing to stop you from playing AC+R if that's not what you're after, just as there's no reason to play SF4 with its godly EX moves and FADC if you'd rather do target combo into shippu jinrai kyaku in 3S. -

Shiny new coat of paint and removal of FRCs hopefully bringing in kids who would refuse to play something they would otherwise perceive as being old. If that's what it takes to convince people down here to take up the game, then I'm all for it. -

It's been three years since Vanilla's release. Do you think a company would accept charging a small fee for an update instead of a disc release after that much time? EDIT: What's worth nothing is that the Famitsu article ends with © EXAMU / ARC SYSTEM WORKS. -
http://www.twitch.tv/joniosan/b/506212236 15:35 Look at I-no's meter after the Great Yamada Attack is prepped. The player's clearly tried to Blitz Shield and has gotten counterhit instead. Either you can't BS Yamada after startup, or it just flat out ignores blitz shield entirely.
-
So is ensenga an overhead? I haven't seen a single TK ensenga so far. EDIT: While I'm here, the second hit seems to bounce them up, taking away your knockdown after long combos. If you one-hit it, do you get a guaranteed knockdown?

Backdash invulnerability time's always been on a per-character basis. Most have around 6f of vulnerability, with Pot's only being vulnerable on the very last frame while Chipp's has 12f you can hit him on.
