I'm working on mine, and I'll definitely be going with Potemkin in Xrd until Johnny shows up. Xrd Potemkin seems really cool with the inclusion of the new RCs so I'm definitely going to make more of an effort with him than in +R

We didn't end up doing anything. Schedules were too out of sync. I officially have a couch now so casuals could be done at my place in future should the need arise. Shar getting a Tuesday off is really all we need for casuals now. The magic day used to be Wednesday but it's Tuesday now with John's schedule change. I'm definitely down for casuals whenever possible.

I could do the 19th so long as they don't do this weird Sat-Tues days off for me again.

5A is almost a universally good option to stop Hazama getting in on a blocked chain, regardless who you are playing. You may have to IB it depending on your char/distance. The real mixup is when Hazama begins chain movements without waiting for hits. You're on your own for those.

I'd much much much much rather fight Haz than most of Tager's bad matchups. He may have zoning but he still has to close the distance if he wants to do real damage (not that he isn't capable of going toe-to-toe with Tager at close range). His lack of uber long pokes make him more manageable then say Mu/Litchi. My personal opinions on CP Tager worst MUs is: Kokonoe (but this is sort of irrelevant to balanced play) Valk, Mu, Rachel, Tao, Hazama, Litchi, Carl, Relius, in previous games Arakune & Nu would've gone here too. I still consider them poor MUs for Tager but some CP-specific changes make them easier imo. Even if a character isn't listed I wouldn't necessarily consider them a "good" MU for Tager. --- I have to admit the idea of 5B>5C not working on a 5A confirm seems like absolute nonsense to me.

I've always considered Messenga's primary purpose to be going through projectiles anyway as anti-zoner punish. Isn't Orochi a better combo extender midscreen anyway?
