*sigh* dunno why I'm stuck at 0 bars tonight. Steam is turned off and stuff now. Weren't we at constant 3 for the entire duration last time? That's not our conn. The way the lobby works is it displays everyone's connection to the host. So right now I have a "0" with mac. It could just be a "failure-to-ping" though which doesn't necessarily mean shitty connection. I'm generally terrible after a day of work anyway lol

Unfortunately I am actually an XBL player. I just have CSE on my Vita. I wouldn't mind getting in on PS3 too if it weren't for the fact that my stick isn't cross-platform compatible. Doubt I could play properly at all on default PS3 pad xD

No idea, I don't recall her being unlockable. (it's a pretty typical situation, they don't want to rehire a voice actor just to have them say "RELIUS CLOVER")

All the announcers are unlockable via "RP" in CSE. They each have two versions, one is "in-character" (i.e. Jin seiyuu sounds like Jin) and the other is out-of-character (i.e.they all sound terrible). Rachel is pretty good announcer. Sorry I can't remember the seiyuu's name.
