I'm just glad Ragna and Jin finally have a true reason to clash with each other. Remaking the world free of the tyranny of a greater power vs accepting the world as it is with its faults... that's pretty big actually, not helped that Jin's plan needs Noel dead something Rags isn't gonna allow. It gives a much needed substance to their previously incredebly shallow rivalry. Lol, I wonder if this entire deal will start bringing up heart to heart conversations between the brothers as they fillibuster about their ideologies XD.

Ragna was quoting Jubeis words more than anything, and he was mostly giving Jin a cheer so could get a grip already. Also it doesn't really seem they actually want to build an epic fight between the two, Ragna always had more important things at hand, never cared about fighting Jin and nowJin focused as well on bigger things. I guess they could try to explain and develop Jin and the power of order to set up something good, but the story is on its last stage and many many things are going on, i doubt they have spare time to explore this rivalry now, especially since the power of order isn't part of the current events aside being Jin and Haku's superpower, none of the big events going on really involve or mention it. Now, I may be missing something, if so please let me know. And I meant that if there wasn't a chance of hope for Rags then he wouldn't have gotten the good development, partners and friends. I think that aims more to say that despite being screwed over, Ragna has people there for him and an objective that is truly noble to never give up more than ever. I'd be worried about Nu.

I honestly doubt Ragna will be killed off by Jin or anyone else. I actually kind of expect him being saved by the power of love/friendship and another of BB crazy twists. Besides Jin is not allowed to upstage Ragna in a fight (and when he does the game makes sure you know Ragna was weakened, holding back, etc.), no way they'll make him take down crazy ass beast Ragna. And i doubt they have been giving Ragna his much needed development and building relationships especially with Celica just to abruptly end. One thing I am wondering, has Izanagi been mentioned in the story? I mean it would make sense for him to be in the BB story given Izanami joined.

Tsundere much? Nah. Still, that's a relief. Always thought him getting control of Yukianesa in CS was the first step of conquering the nox, but seems he fully controlled it for good. Still doesn't explain the Yandere, but eh, he did go a long way so it's cool.

Say, while Jin did join completely to the good guys side and fought for them... Did he remained the same as before? I mean, the Yandere mode untouched, the hatred for Noel and Saya and everything? I mean, those things are kinda dangerous to go unchecked. Also any explanations on his craziness, like why he's so hellbent on killing Ragna and what happened between him and Saya before? There are implications, true, but never anything outright stated.

Right, I forgot about Amaterasu. Must be so complex in plans because it's so hard to get rid of it, but when it's done he can ensure that whatever mess he makes will actually stick instead of being resetted or something.

I really don't get what's Terumi after. I mean if he just wanted to destroy everything why not just let the Black Beast roam free in the Dark War or something? I mean, he must be after something harder to achieve than just destruction. Otherwise why have such awfully complicated plans.

Given Mori's love for asspulls I wouldn't be surprised he made all that obvious forwshadowing just to screw with the player.

From what I heard it was because Kondou's Saya sounded too similar to Noel.

Ragna pretty much has a bone to pick with almost everybody or viceversa. Wouldn't be surprised.

Well, Haku did cut time in his CS story to see an alternate dimension or something. He saw a different outcome of his fight with Arakune in which he lost and mocked himself for it.

I also meant that while they are technically the same person, they have shaped into completely different individuals. They had the same origins but followed completely different paths after one point, they have different personalities (for the most part at least), experiences, visions of the world, etc. Also they coexist as different people in the same time and place. Dealing with Hakumen, be it fighting or talking, is not dealing with Jin, unlike Noel, Tsubaki or Hazama where the only difference with their alts is their fighting style. Dunno if I am managing to explain myself. I think it's because he lost Yukianesa, or if he can use Ice by himself perhaps he just wanted to put behind everything that related to his time as Jin Kisaragi. Or just found the Zanshin to be better overall than Frost Bite.

I don't think that Jin-Hakumen counts. Unlike the girls and Hazama, they are completely different persons, it would be the same if Jin morphed into Hakumen like the rest.

To be honest, if we get Black Beast-esque Ragna, I wouldn't mind him having that alt.

Maybe they can come with a way around for Bang's situation, I mean Tsubaki was also in the bottom tier of canon power levels but they did made her whole Valkyrie mode that's Izayoi...based on a single line in CS that doesn't even hint that's a Henshin Mode. I dunno, perhaps forbidden Ninjustsu as part of Tenjo's legacy or something. The guy is having a much more serious story this time around, just look at his encounters in his Arcade.

Jin isn't completely clean in the end. The NOL poses his actions in Ikaruga as heroism, but Bang does claim he is a murderer, so at the very least things weren't pretty. After all, Bang did lose his home and a lot of friends and family on that, many people must be on the same situation. But you can argue thought, that it was war, and when you go to war there will be casualties.

It doesn't turn Ragna into a villiain, but he doesn't go clean on the deal either. He may not be a bad guy, but he isn't a complete innocent either.
