The only explanation for the jacket and sword that I can think of is that Ragna found the Jacket and Sword from the Ragna(CT) and took them with him. He did after all already have the sword and jacket when Celica meet Ragna inside the Black Beast. In other words: Ragna from CP's jacket and Sword got left in Celica's care which than would get stuck in the CT loop. Ragna from CP would then pick up the sword and Jacket inside the Black Beast that the Ragna from CT possessed when he became the Black Beast.

Best case scenario that I can see is that, A free update for PS3/Vita version, with Celica and Lambda as DLC. And a stand alone version with all DLC characters plus stages and BGM, and other single player bonuses added for PS3/PS4/Vita.

Not likely. Mori said in an interview that he was going to take a year as a "recharging" period for BB. After the announcement of this update, he clarified that he was talking about the "numbering titles" in the interview and is sorry for the confusion. ... but Mori is a lair so we will have to wait and see. Hmm, just what is Minerva really? Looking at Celica's character art, Minerva has the word Es No.03 on the gold plates, the same writing that can be seen on Ragna(his belt, Es No.5) and Lambda(cape Es No.11). http://i.imgur.com/kusz84V.png http://i.imgur.com/61u4AcQ.png

Not much of their appearance are explained in text. The only interesting things said is that Valkenhayn looked like he was in his early twenties and that Relius was only a couple of years older than Naoto (Naoto is second year high school, so 18-19?). Valkenhayn in Phaseshift looked older than he looks in BE, at least by the descriptions in the text. Relius at least treats Naoto as a human and not a thing. He asked Naoto if he was okay and stretched his hand out to help Naoto to get up from the ground. But Relius is still a bit of a researcher. When Naoto said that it hurt after Valkenhayn's attack, Relius commented that Naoto still feels pain.

Valkenhayn surely had problems with his temperament in his twenties. He was reckless, don't think far enough and had really bad manners. He mostly went around clicking his tongue. At least I begin to understand his mood swings in the games, why one moment he is very gentlemanish and in the next he acts almost like a thug. I wonder how did Clavis make Valkenhayn into the man he is in Blazblue...

After Raquel had used magic to enhance her ability to sense Azure, the sunlight became to strong for her so she went hiding in Naoto's shadow (literally, she sunk into his shadow) and began the to sleep there. Naoto later was at a place were no one was and drank some coffee while waiting for Raquel to wake up, Valkenhayn then appeared from nowhere and sent Naoto flying and began to throw Naoto around. Naoto began to ask what the hell Valkenhayn was doing which resulted in Valkenhayn asking why Naoto isn't dead since Valkenhayn had killed Naoto twice. Valkenhayn believed that Naoto was an immortal and began to try to attack Naoto again, however Relius appeared and stopped Valkenhayn and told Valkenhayn that Naoto wasn't an immortal, Naoto was only a human with an regeneration ability. In anger, Valkenhayn broke Naoto's leg and ran off, while Relius stayed and gave Naoto some advice for self defense. Relius also sensed Raquel hiding in the shadows and told her to hide he presence better or else Valkenhayn will mistake Naoto as an immortal again. Relius then ran off after Valkenhayn.

They were working at the same place and hunting Clavis together, that's what's known in part 1. They only had two scenes, first is when Valkhenhayn kills Naoto twice and the second is when they storm into Naoto's apartment to attack Clavis. They were later mentioned that they weren't there against the fight with Tadayuki since they are too expensive for such a small fly. Will have to see the reason in part 2 I would guess. What's been told in the MC's is that Valkenhayn used to work for a rival organization against Clavis and that Clavis saved Valkenhayn and thus Valkenhayn became loyal to Clavis. Maybe Relius betrays Valkenhayn and leaves him to die.

They are calling part 2 下, So it looks to only be two. But who knows. Phase-shift was supposed to end at 3 but got extended to 4(if the afterwords are to be believed).

Yes. The flow of the book is something like this: Chapter 1: Introducing the cast, and the fight with Insect-man Head (One of Spinner's Apostles/disciples). Chapter 2: Naoto and Raquel goes around town to search for Spinner. Naoto get's jumped by Valkenhayn and get's killed twice before Relius stops him. Chapter 3: Naoto meets Clavis, and Valkenhayn and Relius comes in to Naoto's apartment and ruins it while fighting Clavis. Kiiro comes there later and begins repair the apartment and while that takes place Naoto and Raquel moves in to Haruka's apartment. Chapter 4: Raquel starts to go to Naoto's school, and sense there are at least 8 drive users in the school, but most are still to weak to be any problem for them. Though the student council vice president, Kirishima Kana, does have traces of Azure that's very similar to that of Spinner's, so they follow her. They learn that Isa Tadayuki, one of the teachers at the school and one of Spinner's Apostles/disciples, had being blackmailing Kana into SM play and was going to target Haruka. Chapter 5: Naoto runs into Tadayuki's apartment, however he wasn't there but in the school and was about to attack Haruka and force her into SM play. Naoto runs into the school and saves Haruka. (Naoto: Bastard... How long are you planing on laying down. Get up. I will do as you wish and beat the crap out of you so come at me, you masochist Bastard!). Naoto fights Tadayuki and in the end he uses Bloodedge to defeat him. After wards, Kiiro get's there and takes Tadayuki to a facility to cure him from Spinners bug. But as they are about to walk away Spinner appears and beats Naoto without any problem, Kiiro jumps in to fight him, but Raquel says to Spinner the time to fight him isn't now. Spinner says this was only a greeting and goes away. Chapter 6:(very short chapter) Haruka thanks Naoto for saving her and Terumi Saya appears in Naoto's apartment's entrance And from Mori's twitter, there looks to be a chapter 5.5: Scar in part 2.

It's not that well explained. Only that one second Naoto's hair is white, his eye are red and holds a Blade of Blood(血の刃). And the next second his hair and eyes are normal and that blade is gone.

Some more things about Kiiro I think I haven't posted. When Kiiro introduced herself to Naoto, she said「はじめまして」 ("Nice to meet you for the first time"). I think there is a possibility that Kiiro have met Naoto before, but Naoto doesn't know that or doesn't remember it. Kiiro possess a Drive, while it wasn't described much or given a name, it's known that it was able to cut Spinners darkness into pieces. Kiiro seems to have three desires. 1, to get rid of Clavis. 2, She want's Naoto to become stronger. And also she want's Naoto to cut her with his Bloodedge (はぁ……きて……ナオトくんの「ブラッドエッジ」で、私を切り刻んで……) 3, And she said that she would do anything for Naoto, Anything, Spinner called her Mosaic(モザイク) and Puppet/Marionette(傀儡(くぐつ)) I've been wondering, if she isn't Es, what about her being N(nu)? It's not like N was shown or described in the Xblaze's epilogue, and since she was under production, she could have had some changes by Mei or some other person from Mitsurugi that made her look different from the other Es-Ns.

No. Although mass disappearing was mentioned to have happened all over the world. Looks like Wadatsumi wasn't the only one. A total of 129220 have disappeared in them.
