In Bloodedge Experience, Relius is late teen early 20 (19-21 I guess), and late twenties in Phase 0's prolouge. So BE should take place around the early part of 2090. And if it is really Nine in Lost:Memories, that should take place around 2099. So Code:Embryo > Bloodedge Experience > Lost:Memories > Phase shift > Remix Heart > BlazBlue?

The connections seen with Xblaze in Bloodedge Experience I think are: TOI,The Magic Guild name is using the Kanjis used in Xblaze (魔導協会) instead of the BlazBlue one (魔道協会), Mages from Ishana is referred to as Majutsushi (魔術師), Drives, Mitsurugi Agency, Mass disappearing incident. It also has the X in "Bloodedge Experience" highlighted for some reason on the cover.

Well, the difference between 1.1 and 2.0 is that 1.1 was simply adding things that the console already had. One couldn't build up excitement to the arcades with only those 3 characters. So the real selling point for 1.1 was the rebalance. For 2.0 however, there is Celica to bring new players to the arcades, and if the balance changes are too bad for some reason, it could kill that excitement. So I could see a reason to give a change log to 1.1 and not to 2.0.

Nah, it's only one word, 凶刃, not a title. I have a little problem with founding the right English word for it. Throwing it at a digital English dictionary only gives me: assassin's dagger. It probably is talking about Saya's sword that she is carrying instead of a dagger. So I checked a Japanese dictionary instead, A blade prepared for killing a person. And looking at the Kanjis it's "Evil" and "Sword". So deadly blade/sword is the closest word I can found for it.

Blazblue is confusing story, and it's mostly is because the story doesn't have a beginning. Blazblue's story, for better or worse, lives on it's mystery. And it doesn't help that Mori is a inexperienced story teller. While the lore and characters are interesting, the story needs some work. It's funny that after playing CS and CP, going back to CT you sees some foreshadowing one has missed. My recommendation is to play CT, CS, CP and after playing through them go and ask question on forums about what you don't understand. And sadly (or for me it's positive) the story isn't only in the games, but in different mediums as well. Games: BlazBlue CT, BlazBlue CS Extend, BlazBlue CP, XBLAZE Code:Embryo (Pure Visual Novel, takes place 150 years before CT), XBLAZE Lost:Memories (unreleased sequel to Code:Embryo, Spring 2015 in Japan). Light Novels: Phase series (5 volumes, takes place during the Dark War), BlazBlue Series (4 volumes, adaptation of the Games), Bloodedge Experience (2 volumes, takes place in Japan before the Black Beast). For the LN, sadly only about 2 have been fan translated. Manga: Remix Heart (a manga taking place 3 years before CT), Chemical Complex (non canon I believe), BlazBlue (manga covering CT). Martial Collection: CT, CS, CP, CP Story maniacs. These are books with glossary, art, Timeline. The glossary part was added to CP, but only to the Japanese version.

The Life-Link shouldn't work in the Boundary, so it can't be because of that. The Life-Link work so that it makes the system observe two individual's as the same value, as long as one of them is alive, both is observed as alive. It isn't called "Continuum Shift Phase". The LN series that exist are: Phase series(Phase 0, Phase-Shift 1-4, Dark War) BlazBlue series(CT 1-2, CS 1-2, Novel adaption of the games) Bloodedge Experience(part 1 and 2, set in a world similar to that of Xblaze). And that girl isn't confirmed to be Celica, although she looks very much like Celica and Masuzawa wanted one to compare the Famitsu and Dengeki. Doesn't help that the girl next to her looks like Nine.
