The backdash change is more or less what I expected when I heard they were altering them to better reflect the characters' reversal options. Since Bullet already has a DP, ASW probably decided to nerf her back dash. No FC on regular 5C is a bit of a bummer. Hopefully, 5[C] being 2 frames slower than the old 5C isn't noticeable when it comes to punishing stuff. 3C lost head invulnerability but I'm guessing this puts it more in line with the anti-footsie tool that ASW probably originally envisioned. Capture's damage boost is nice. The blowback being adjusted on Flechette Lv.2 is an interesting addition. I wonder if this will open up new combo routes. Overall, some nice changes. I look forward to messing around with them.

To be honest, I didn't even know the mook was coming out this week. Does anyone know if it'll have frame data in it? For some reason, I remember it not having frame data for P4U/P4A.

Yesterday was fun. That was my first time seeing Henri like that. It was hilarious, lol. Thanks for the Baiken blockstring advice, kaeru. Though, I didn't quite get the last part about making the tatami mat combo since we got interrupted. I'll have to ask you more about it next time and then start practicing the blockstrings for the next mashfest.

To be honest, I was mostly joking when I made my comment about SG, lol. It's not that I don't want to do it. In fact, I was going to ask about doing one at one point. But then I remembered how last UMAD was and I didn't/don't really think they'll be time/space for an SG tourny until the end of the night. Not sure how many people are going to be around for SG by that time. tl:dr: if you guys think there'll be time to run an SG side tourny, I'd be happy to run it but I won't be too broken hearted if there isn't time to do one. I promise I'll only cry for half an hour, no longer! :P

I can confirm I heard this on stream while watching the medal ceremony with Mori after BBCP Top 8. Not sure if it was a mistranslation from his translator or if they've moved up the patch's release date. Haven't heard any official statements on this elsewhere.

Another great night at Foonzo! It was great to eat a Foonzo burger again. I was starting to suffer withdrawal from not having one in 2 weeks.
