To all of the people who have just recently started posting here...please come to ACT XIII! It's a great day for our scene. People will travel from far and wide. There will be tournaments, there will be casuals. Even if you're a self-proclaimed noob (or if you're not), you are quite welcome, and I encourage you to check it out and meet everyone. I just pre-registered for Final Round! Mad hype. I'm definitely in on the room, homeys. Dibs on bed/couch/cot space. I WILL. The tournaments are mostly in CT, yeah. There will be one at Anime Boston, though. And there are casuals in MA too. But for tournaments...come to CT! Worth the drive. I remember talking with you on AIM a while back, but we never managed to meet up for games. I'm glad you're going to host some casuals, and I will try to confirm soon! Carpool for the win! Why not go to IllogicalDreamr's casuals? Looks to be good.

I should be there on Friday, and will likely bring 1-4 people. Going to UCon for Saturday. And on Sunday...SFIV at Play N Trade Danbury! A weekend of tournaments in CT.

This could serve as a really good warm-up for Final Round, and an excuse to go up to Canada and play the f fiends. Hopefully I'll be able to manage it.

Pretty much what people have been saying -- GGXXΛC, SFIV, MBAA, and T6. Can probably catch some BB and even HnK on the side if you'd like. For MBAA (which I don't play just yet), it is as Kayin said -- it's PS2, and there's no PC port. The last PC version was for MBAC. I've not heard anything about emulation for AA, but maybe it's out there. Need to get that PS2! You can buy one for $25-$50 on eBay these days. See? Also, GGXXΛC is $10 or so used or $25 new.

I'm back from Chicago and L.A.! What awesome craziness. If anyone wants to know about it, they can just ask me individually, I guess. Too much for me to type right now...haha. I'll see about making it to CT on Friday. And I'll also see about hitting PAX. I'll be at Final Round for sure. Vyers...it's really hard to say who has the best Johnny. Jo's is great, though. Posting from L.A.! What's good, New England? I'll be here until Monday. Going to try to hit up some local arcades (Denjin, FFA, AI) and get some games in with local GG players (including my friends Jo and Sanoshi, and hopefully plenty of others). From Friday 'til Sunday, I'll performing at Anime Los Angeles with my band, The Spoony Bards. Also, on Saturday, X JAPAN will be filming four music videos, and I (along with some of my bandmates) signed up to watch and participate as part of the audience in the shoot! Amazing timing, especially considering that this will be the first time the band has ever been to the States. Sorry that I didn't do better at Frosty Faustings. At least I went and repped New England. Got 4th in teams and 9th in singles. Not embarrassing, I guess, but I really should've done better. Indeed, there should be games after I get back. They can be at my place, or maybe in Springfield. Or we could just go to BattleGrounds. Whatever works! I just want us to chill, play, and level up together. Also...ohsnap -- Stryfe is back?
