  1. Dizzy_Kiske and MilliaBigTime45: this is how gang wars start. Seriously, look at your posts and think for a second. Think about what you're putting on the internet.
  2. If you promise to compress the images as thoroughly as is practical before uploading them, I'd be happy to give you some webspace. (By compress I mean don't post up bitmaps or 100% quality JPEGs if it's just a black-and-white comic page. Like, use Save for Web and Devices in Photoshop or whatever.)
  3. My only tip would be to go outside a little more often. Or better yet try just writing an original work instead of yet another lame-ass crossover fanfic.
  4. "City of Evil" featuring the song "Sidewinder": June 7, 2005. Guilty Gear XX Slash Japan arcade release: September, 2005. Well, it's chronologically conceivable, at least. Also this song sucks. Blade: which move is Strum Viper? I've never heard of it.
  5. Using the Magic = Music = Code metaphor... My bet is that anyone can use magic. It's just a matter of knowing how to write it. Things like The 12 Steps exist as a guide to making functional spells (while also limiting their power) - you tune the code of the spell through these Steps to channel the magic into this world. So the way I see it, a character isn't really "tuned" to one element or another, beyond having a knack for that style - just like some people have a knack for a particular music style or programming language. Sol has an amazing capacity for tuning Fire, Ky with Lightning. They're sufficiently attuned to it, that they can cast relatively difficult spells (presumably using all 12 Steps) in a very short amount of time, whereas someone with more general knowledge would take considerably longer. The Thunderseal and Fireseal may contain elementals of the given element - if so, the elemental can likely be used as a starting ground for any spell the user casts while holding it. If not, then they may be considered like tuning forks, helping a caster find the chords for a certain spell faster. Sort of like an Arcane Focus - it handles the first couple of Steps. So... it's really very normal magic.
  6. Your post was one line with only vague references. I can't read five feet deep in a kiddie pool. That and the gaiden thing still gets brought up all the time. I GO WITH WHAT I KNOW. Not all the endings can take place, of course you're right, but until a direct sequel comes out that proves which endings are true and which aren't you can't really know.
  7. He never said anything was non-canon. Gaiden != non-canon. I'm a newb and I know this. What's your excuse?
  8. Considering Blade only pulls info from official Guilty Gear story materials/artbooks/Dramas/etc., all of which come direct from ArcSys/Ishiwatari, I'd say that's the best direct source you're going to find anywhere.
  9. Psycho Murderer Millia for the win?
  10. These just get worse as we go along.
  11. 'Cuz English is cool.
  12. She wants to see how it connects, probably.
  13. DON YOU HAVE MADE A BAD PRESIDENTIAL DECISION. Has anyone else noticed how much [anime character a] looks like [anime character b]? (Let's face it, folks, 95% of anime characters are discernible only by their hair.)
  14. He initially wanted to become President to control the Assassin's Guild (if I remember the #Reload story mode correctly), but then he apparently had a hand in dissolving the ties between "That Country" and the AG, so... what, now he just wants to be President? Also, either Daisuke is unfamiliar with our Constitution (entirely understandable) or just wanted to see change - apparently Erica was voted President at the age of 21. You'd need to be 35 (and a born Citizen) to actually be President. Chipp doesn't qualify yet, either.
  15. But Dr. B. became Faust in his GG1 story mode ending... there's never been any doubt. YOU'RE CRAZY, MAN. Also: wild speculation is always great. I love when new people join up and reiterate what everyone's been thinking for the past twenty pages like it's new info. Just kidding, I love new people.
  16. I've got a GG2 section at my forums.
  17. I've been thinking about this whole Justice -> Dizzy business.. It makes no damn sense for Dizzy to be a biological offspring of Justice. Let's say Aria got knocked up first. Okay. Aria becomes Justice. She wages war on humans for 100 years. She gets sealed away. She gets unsealed and destroyed in roughly the same day. So that'd put Dizzy as in-womb for in excess of 100 years, and she gave birth sometime around being blown to bits. The only other possibilities for actual birth involve someone knocking up a human-hating, war-waging mechano-slut... let's not even go there. So clearly she's an artificial offspring made via Justice's information, yes? It doesn't change anything, really, but I wanted to bring it up. Besides, didn't the X series take place a couple weeks after GG1? And she's already two years old?
  18. I just picked one of these up for $4 at a local game shop, haha. Is it actually any good? I don't know good sticks from a hole in the wall, but it feels solid and I get good response out of the stick. Haven't tried using it seriously, but I don't play seriously to begin with so maybe it doesn't matter.
  19. I'd be willing to open up a Guilty Gear 2 section on my forums for technical discussion and shit. Any opposed? It's already up: www.onehitcombo.net I also figured Aksys' forums would be as good as anywhere, but they only have the one board and God knows it doesn't need to be cluttered further.
  20. Mana is per-mission. Capturing Ghosts gives you more mana on a regular basis (look at the +XX mana underneath your mana count). I lost the first Paradigm fight once or twice before realizing that I could tell Servants to go wherever I wasn't going to capture Ghosts. Then we all met up at his master and just ruined him. I don't think I used Dragon Install, though. Just ignore most of his servants. They take forever to kill, but are usually pretty easy to outrun. If you have to, just knock them down and go back to what you were doing. They take ages to stand back up, it seems.
