I think 2S and 2H might have gone up a level each (making 2H the new "Level 6" instead of 6H?). * the OS could've teched late, but in a previous match, Potemkin lands 5K > 2S > 2H > Hammerfall Brake, f.S > Heat on another Potemkin, which I can't recreate in AC. So I'm assuming that wasn't a late tech.

I'm guessing the two new colors replace Black and Gold (Set 3 and 4 Dust), and all the other colors are the same, just numbered instead of named. I guessed wrong! Thanks for the correction.

Being able to beat "S+ tier" doesn't make you S+ tier. Matchups don't work like that. Mitsuru has more better matchups than Chie does, so she ranks higher. That doesn't mean she can't lose, it doesn't mean there aren't characters with an advantage against her, it just means her numbers are better when you total them all up. That said, the "American opinion" is just parroting the Japanese opinion.

In GIMP they should just appear as named layers.

What are you using to open them? All the facial expressions are on separate layers (and in Photoshop, these are also stored in folders for eyes/mouth/etc.).
