  1. Yeah, I also have to agree that on that HOS vs Ky, Ky wasn't doing much. He gave him too much free time for all those charge cancels. But then again, this IS a new game and thus didn't know what was happening. Seriously, you can't judge, "ZOMG, this dude is Top Tier" right now since the game is new and thus they don't know all the stuff. But so far of what "I've" seen, HOS and Eddie seems to be in the high mid tier at least.
  2. Okay, just saw the latest vid of Ky vs HOS. BTW, is this the new song they said they'll have of vs of those two? I like the song. (Now, they just need to bring back old Dizzy song with the chorus) And lol at the insane abuse of manual charge cancel. And I like his far Slash, must better range. It kinda reminds me of GGXX Sol's far Slash > Gunflame abuse.
  3. Yeah, Charge Canceling reminds me of Sentinel flying mode canceling in MvC2. (Ya know, crouching Hard Punch into 63214+KK x 2) Of course, this version looks easier then that. Hey, this charge canceling can help HOS use LV3 way more often then in slash. I mean, you never see HOS go into LV3 cause his manual charge was way too slow and horrible recovery.
  4. Oh wait, your talking about normal moves into manual charge. Yeah, manual charge recovery looks fast, but if you do it that way, I don't think you actually gain any charge bar at all. (It seems more like quick-canceling.) I do see Sweep into manual charge, (Which last like, barely nothing) but I don't see this, Slash, Manual Charge, Slash, Manual Charge, Sweep, Manual charge.
  5. Yeah, I also noticed HOS Charge cancels are FAST. And his manual charge seems to charge ALOT faster then Slash counterpart. S(f) SORE S(f) SORE 2D SORE ... When this THIS happen?
  6. Anyway, I seems the new Eddie attacks can create broken loop combos. I mean, that Eddie K pushes the foe towards you and Eddie H locks the foe on the ground... yeah, both creating semi-infinites. (That 6P > c.S > Eddie K/H loop) ANd I like the HOS new corner grab combo. That wall "lock" animation makes the foe doesn't bounce to the other side. (Chars like I-No, etc. seems to keep doing this on Slash if your too close to the wall) I so want to so that Grab, Run, c.S, JC, j.HD, land, c.S, HJC, j.SHD,j236K thing :P I like most of the voice. Yes, the announcer sounds crap, Jam is even more squeaky, and I didn't hear the new VA other then Robo Ky yet. (I like Robo Ky voice, sounds more "roboty") And Johnny... well, the VA is over 60 ya know. I don't see why people hate Sol/HOS voice. I think it's fine. Dizzy voice is much better in here IMO. (And what the heck is that "bubble lock"? That thing chases the foe.) And I'm glad Dizzy's old j.S is back (Probably like j.2H or something like GGX+) THe new j.S for Slayer looks weird. It'll be hard for Slayer to do a decent jump-in attack. Well, at least it creates some funny juggle combo.
  7. Crap, I missed the first 3 vids from ttp://www.eonet.ne.jp/~gd-nanpon/ And is the 90 vids from filebank worth downloading? From what I'm hearing, no. And I don't want to download 90 vids of crap, even if this is a new game.
  8. one thing I don't get. How the heck can 1P and 2P make a difference in combos and whatnots for specific characters? If they switch sides during a fight, then it won't matter right? Or is this decided when you choose a char... (Which is stupid...)
