  1. >BlazKart Sounds like Jin's wetdream.
  2. Lambda-11 Laboratory actually sounds like something we need tho Just waiting on the day (thatllneverhappen) that BlazBlue comes to the Wii U or New 3DS and they release BlazBlue Amiibo's - then I can take my Lambda Amiibo with me everywhere
  3. DOA4's custom lobbies were the entire reason behind its incredible lag. Most likely won't be the same because the lobbies in DOA4 were in depth, 3D and nearly 10 years old.
  4. I still wonder which other RH characters will be appearing...
  5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Px7meNVRbzU Oh Screwattack, will you ever understand Ragna-kun?
  6. Shiori, Seifer, Chachakaka and Taro are pretty plot important. Shiori and Seifer serve as antagonists (with the former doing a heel-turn); hell, even Shiori joins Team Remix Heart for the duration of the manga. Chacha ends up being the one who reveals to everyone that Mai is male, and it'd be stupid to not have her when Shiori is in, since the both of them are partners in crime. Taro is important to Remix Heart since he forms the romantic subplot with Mai, not to mention that he had a special mention in CP, and a minor cameo in the other BB manga. He also get's quite a lot of screentime in RH
  7. Cajun? She's shown to be capable of fighting in just one panel (which itself is vision of the future). She should be capable, however. I mean, she's an undercover agent for Sector Seven who infiltrated the NOL's private Academy which housed several Duodecim heirs. Although her physical fighting ability has been shown the least out of the main cast, mainly being outshone by other RH exclusive characters like Taro and Shiori.
  8. Remember when everyone thought Kagura was female due to a mistranslation? Good times
  9. I always thought it'd be easier for Shiori and Taro's Drive's to be thought about than Mai and Cajun Shiori could poison the opponent with each Drive attack (like Bang's A nail special) Taro could use his gloves to create webs (like Bang's C nail special) and freeze the opponent in place at a range. Otherwise, a playable Mai will probably end up being able to copy certain moves or something along those lines. A playable Cajun would most likely have a butterfly motif to go with her special moves.
  10. Yeah it was confirmed canon ages ago. Even the other BlazBlue manga went out of it's way to retcon Mai and the rest of Remix Heart into being canon
  11. Honestly, we'll definitely get Mai as playable, but Cajun... maybe. Characters like Chacha, Estella, and the like have basically no chance, but maybe Taro and Shiori... maybe
  12. Hopefully we can expect more info to come alongside pictures. I'm pretty stoked, this is exactly what I wanted to hear!
  13. Exactly. There quite a few ways to make/summon a Black Beast
  14. The BlazBlue Wiki has being doing just as hard a job as the Guilty Gear Wiki in giving fans the information excluded to English speaking audiences. The entirety of the Bloodedge Experience series is on the Wiki when it doesn't even have any fan translations yet (thank you again, Zedar, for helping us in this endeavor), also, we have The Wheel of Fortune Drama CD information as well.. On top of this, we've done our best to get most of the Library stuff in, with only one or two articles missing. We've done a lot to make sure that external materials haven't been excluded from Western audiences
  15. Except it's explicitly stated that the 'Black Beast' returned in his bad end. Hence why Ragna's species is unknown since he could turn into one despite not being a Murakumo Unit as far as we know.
  16. Material conflicts. XB and another source mentions the use of magic requiring seithr. Although, this latter source is most likely made redundant since magic and sorcery are used interchangeably in the English speaking versions. As for Sorcery and Magic, they exist outside of Logic which means that they can harm the Black Beast. Valkenhayn was supposedly born out of Sorcery, thus outside of Logic. It's not actually fully confirmed, there are only hints. They included the Blood Kain IDEA, they most likely took Ragna from the events of CP, not between CS and CP Literally, everything I've wrote has come to bite me back in the arse right now. Top job, Vermilion. Top job.
  17. Magic in BB uses seithr.
  18. It's immune to anything within Logic. Making it immortal to 'ordinary weapons', i.e. anything that doesn't utilise seithr.
  19. That episode really pissed me off. Jesus, the BB plot bits they mentioned aren't hard to follow. The fact they ignored Ragna's semi-immortality and the fact that the Black Beast can't be killed by ordinary weapons (GOING ON TO USE MATHS IN A USELESS ATTEMPT TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY WERE RIGHT)... ugh So done with DB right now, I'm fine with Sol winning, but it was for poorly researched, and bullshit reasons. Would of been completely fine if he won another way.
  20. Putting himself in Blood Kain gives him quite a large advantage since he'll be more powerful and get more bang for his buck. Considering that when he properly activates the Azure Grimoire, he's put into his Unlimited form... I dunno, as far as I'm aware, accessing his Unlimited form is canon for Ragna, but the Black/Gold colours aren't for Sol, which gives Ragna a hefty advantage when you see it like that - especially since he's in a constant Blood Kain. Also have to consider that Ragna has, practically, got four states: normal, Unlimited, beserk Azure Grimoire (i.e. the ending of CP), and the incomplete Black Beast part. Whereas Sol has normal, and Dragon Install. In terms of endurance, I think both Ragna and Sol are evenly matched because of Ragna's ability to replenish his health with some sucessful attacks, and that his Life-link with Nu makes him semi-immortal.
  21. Well since Ragna heals himself with every hit he makes using Soul Eater, then that doesn't give Sol an edge either, it just means that Ragna can match Sol in that area. Besides, Makoto's soul is said to be incredible by Relius Clover, while Arakune states that Hakumen's soul itself is sky high in size. I'd hazard a guess at it being measured by experience, which means Sol would have a soul probably like Hakumen's.
  22. Unfortantely, Sol doesn't have a 'next time' given the nature of DB's. Instead of IK's, if we look at the AH's of the BlazBlue cast, then we can see that they haven't actually been used in external materials (to my knowledge); which would question whether they are canon or not. However, given the nature of DB, I think that we'll see both IK's and AH's. Ragna's AH will be enough to kill Sol since it practically drains the victim's soul and devours it, something which I don't think even he would survive. That said, Sol could potentially kill Ragna with his IK, it just depends if the Life Link is factored or not.
  23. Besides, to my knowledge, Ragna knows two other Ars Magus': one to slow his descent, and one to make him practically invisible. Just another little note to consider that will probably have little to do in the actual battle.
  24. He wasn't a vegetable, he still managed to form a Black Beast by himself, judging by the lines in his bad ending. But it seems he wasn't as powerful as the original. The magic in GG and the magic in BB are two completely different things, just because Sol can manipulate the magic in his canon doesn't mean he can manipulate the one in BB's.
  25. I think Ragna has potential to win if Soul Sinker isn't implemented. I mean, up until the events of CP, Sol could have quite easily taken this DB, but we know that Ragna has gotten substantially stronger since then. If DB takes Ragna's beserk state at the end of CP as something he can use when he properly loses it (much like Ryu turning into Dark Ryu), then Ragna would possibly win (or we get a situation much like Eggman and Wily where it's a draw, or someone else [i.e. the Black Beast] is counted as the winner). If we take the fact that Mu is heavily implied to have bested every character in the multiple Continuum Shifts, and then take the fact that beserk Rags managed to not only best her, but also heavily injure Jin at the same time... then well, Ragna MIGHT stand more of a chance than everyone else is saying. Besides, if it comes to it, Sol couldn't take on the Black Beast and win, especially not in the time it takes a DB to end. Firstly, Sol possesses nothing that could harm the BB because he doesn't own anything outside of Logic. The only way around is this is saying that Sol is outside of the BB universe's Logic, but that still means nothing considering it took 100% Hakumen, the other five Heroes, and a lot of Magic and Ars Magus soldiers to kill the Beast in the space of near a decade. Lots of people here are saying it's not much of a competition, but Rags managed to take on several characters without activating his Azure Grimoire, proving that he's become a Hell of a lot stronger. tl;dr: Ragna isn't all that weak anymore, and Sol couldn't kill the Black Beast.
