Sinusoidal Helios is the ringing overdrive, it's invincible 1-15. 14f startup, safe on block. It's throwable throughout, so it's not good on wakeup, ironically enough.
Today I learned 5K goes over lows and Slide Head, but it can be still be thrown.
against Faust I've had the most success just running away and forcing him to block a jumping Task A (he'll crouch it if you throw one standing) and then using Task B while he's blocking. If you can get a Task B Deja Vu you can control space a lot easier, but it is a lot of just running away until you can safely Task B.
I'm pretty sure it's just Sol's hit animation causing the A' to hit late, and teleport to the other side. I think the trial is easier if you cross them up with j.D a little further away from the Deja Vu, but I still can't manage to get the j.KS to connect regularly.
i'm gonna be real and say that fiona tends to attract a lot of bad players. she's got high damage for low effort, and good low-level gimmicks. low-level players that use fiona are probably the same people that don't know how to deal with her.
TFC UNIEL's top 8 was on twitch.tv/bifuteki. We didn't get to stream pools, unfortunately, since we finished at about the same time as KOF top 8. They overestimated how much time anime games would take.

Making it known publicly that for Toshokan Tomodachis' events, Waldstein infinity combo is currently banned. Two damageless 6Cs in a row will result in forfeiting the match to the opponent, and excessive rule-breaking will get you removed from the tournament and possibly further participation from T*T events.
