Something like Xpadder that converts the buttons to keyboard presses comes to mind. Not sure if there's anything out there that converts the GC controller to a 360 controller but you never know.

I know the game is old and that Steam isn't very active but I recently bought CPE since it was on sell and was wondering if there was any good players out there. The people who I've played so far left much to be desired.

Character specific or does it work on everyone?

We have a discord Terumi chat?

That's still there. 22C RC 2D is just for flash since there were always more optimized combos, even more so in CF it seems.

It's a good thing the BB wikia has the Kanji for Terumi moves. http://blazblue.wikia.com/wiki/Y%C5%ABki_Terumi/Move_List 5B > 5C > 3C > Garengeki > CT > Messenga > 5B > 5C > 3C > cOD > 4D > J2D > 4D > J2D > 4D > J2D > 4D > J2D > Jagaku? > Fuenjin 6900 Damage? Kanji means "weakness" and a bunch of other things relating to weakness. I'll jut list it as damage since it makes sense. Jagaku doesn't completely match up with the kanji but it just makes the most sense so I put it there. Also, figured out what Jabaku means thanks to the wiki. It's Fuenjin (632146D, full name is Jabaku Fuenjin). Time to make some corrections. Also added a combo from the December 6th update on the evernote
-
It's actually Jagaku. ジャ combines "Ji" and "Ya", and is actually read as "Ja", because there is no standalone character for that. Same for "Je", "Jo", and "Ju". I know. If you look at my original translation notes I wrote "Jyagaku/Jagaku" Sometimes the Y stays in English like in Kyuubi or Ryu, even though the pronunciation is sometimes the same. Reading the Japanese is easy. Turning it into English is difficult. Sent from my 7040N using Tapatalk

That's what I thought but why write it as 轟牙 Unless there's another translation, this is pronounced as とどろき きば which reads as Todoroki kiba. 623B makes sense since I've seen the combo's on Jourdal's vids but I'm just wondering how Soutenjin becomes 轟牙 Also, he writes ジャガク3>ジャバク (Jyagaku 3 hits> Jyabaku) twice. I originally assumed it was a typo but maybe there's something else I'm missing. Edit: After some more research I've found the 轟 can translate to "Gou" and 牙 can translate to "Ga" (Yes, kanji has multiple readings, it's kind of annoying) 623B's full name is Gouga Soutenjin so I'll just leave that as close enough and edit my post to include the new combo. Still wondering about the Jyagaku/Jyabaku thing though

-
(Don't know the rules about double posting but I wanted to make sure y'all got a notification) Do we have a move called Roaring Fang? The new update uses 轟牙 which means roaring fang (roughly). I know we have cleaving fang and retaliating fang. All the new combos involving this "roaring fang" are CH combos, the first two are followed by dash 5B. In context of the combo Divine Twin Blades is the only thing I can think of that makes sense (623B).

Makes a lot of sense. Thanks.

Edited post to include the December 2nd update. No clue what Bakusute means.

Figured out the grab thing after looking at the context of the combo. Looks a lot like a throw combo. Not sure what slide would have to do with the combo it was listed in. They already have a word for microdash and I'm fairly sure it's a corner combo. Also, edited my post to include more translations. Edit: Meant to ask, Tsuishouga is our overhead right?

Got to study for my Japanese test tomorrow anyway so might as well get the practice in. ジャガク Jyagaku/Jagaku 2B>2C>5D>6CorJyagaku ガレン Garen スカ Suka (I assume it means "whiff") 5B>3C>Garen3>Jyagaku(Whiff)>5A>4D>HJJB1>JC3>jcJC3>J2D 投げ Touge/Tooge? テ= Te ル= Ru ミ= Mi の= No コ= Ko ン= N ボ= Bo Just look for テルミ and you'll have the right character. Japanese is actually kind of fun to learn. Try it sometime

I just want to know if you can cancel overhead into super on reaction the way Hazama does for his 6A. Also, 4D, J.2D loops look abusable as hell. 10 meter per hit until you reach the end of overdrive. Mid screen damage looks sweet. Losing that 236D route after the stomps may have been a buff since we get more corner carry and more damage (and about the same meter I think). I feel like Terumi may be officially out of "Terumi Tier"
-
Counter super on reaction? As in, it's actually have a use outside of stylish/greedy finisher?
-
I think that's a property of Exceed Acels. I've seen Ragna try to dp them and fail in the same way. Sent from my 7040N using Tapatalk

Such as? I know Noel can beat it with 4D but other than that what punishes it? Even though Terumi was low tier everyone still knew about Messenga, especially on net play.
-
it was more of "get-out-of-pressure-for-free move. If there was ever a gap you got out and even when blocked, it was almost unpunished.
-
So no more A super stomps, RC, taunt combos? I'm sad.
-
I like where this is heading. Terumi might finally get ahead of the rest. All we got to do is keep our head up and hope for the best. Also, what's the crush trigger change Sent from my 7040N using Tapatalk

That entire monologue Hazama gave Ragna and Hakumen when he told then they were in a "eternal circle jerk" Sent from my 7040N using Tapatalk

Doesn't seem all that bad to me. His follow up's have gotten better due to all the sticks and bounces. And let's not forget the overhead (WE HAVE MIX UPS NOW).
