Sort of, Jump cancelling is cancelling a move simply by jumping (often done in air combos) that costs nothing, kind of like moves that are special cancellable (i.e. cancelling Ragna's 5D into Hell's Fang). Bang's Drive moves are all jump cancellable on hit or block, but his 6D isn't special cancellable. However, Jumps in any fighting game have a miniscule (3~ frames usually) startup where the character is still considered on the ground. The idea is to jump out of 6D to cancel it, then do the 623B to cancel the jump.
