I-No's infamous for having tough execution and not as much of a reward for it as other characters do. Personally, I think she looks fun to play and has really cool mix-up, but H Chemical Love FRC Air Dash H Chemical Love is pretty tough to do, especially if you're on pad. It's not essential to her gameplay, but it is important at a high level.

Alright, those are all pretty good starting characters, Johnny does have a bit of a learning curve to him though. Pretty common characters in America though so you should have an easy time asking people for help.

Actually 50, Honnou and Mynus are still pretty active on the forums and very good I-No players, so the I-No forums aren't that bad of a place to start. If I get the chance later I'll go ahead and find some primer guides/BnB combo videos and send them to you though. Lumin, I assume you're not sure yet who you're gonna play, so it probably wouldn't hurt to watch some match videos. Goldenrody's youtube account is amazing for AC vids, and a-cho uploads a good share of them too.
