The one thing I don't get is that only Saya T. and Izanami look alike; Ragna/Jin/Saya/5th PFD are all green eyed, blond haired things. If they're all based off of Saya T, why does Izzy only keep her appearance, and how? Also, I'm glad that suspicion is true; "Saya" as Ragna/Jin know her was always split between multiple people, but I didn't expect it to be just between Izanami and Noel. So by absorbing Izanami and Mu-12 and regaining those memories, Noel is basically Saya in everything but name. Shame, Lambda could use the reason to exist but this is fine too. Also glad that Ragna insisted on saving Sayanami instead of outright defeating her, which he probably couldn't pull off anyway if Act 2 was any indication. This was the payoff I was waiting for, you're da man Mori. Your notes are incredible, btw.

When does that conversation between Izzy and Relly take place? Because I don't see why would either be helping each other at this point, especially since Izzy left him out to dry at the end of CP. I'm just glad we have some confirmation with the Izanami/Saya Terumi thing; there was a reason they looked alike after all.

Right, that could potentially explain quite a lot and link the universes together, but we need to confirm first. Are XBlaze and BEE alternate universes, or prequels? XBlaze apparently takes place 130 or so years before BlazBlue and BEE an undisclosed time beforehand.

Having seen some of how well written the story is this time around, it makes me want the dub even more than ever. Hearing Izanami go psycho several times is great enough in Japanese, it will probably be even better in English. I was gonna say "imagine it in English", but I'm hoping it won't have to be that way.

I'm inclined to agree. Very little happens in Blazblue for no reason. Izanami seemed also like pure evil for no reason, but her backstory gives her a pass, since that's basically what she was intended to be in the first place.

Who knows, most of BEE can easily be an Extend story mode segment the way Remix Heart was. I'm still curious as to why Saya Terumi and Izanami look identical, and why she reacted negatively only to Naoto. There has to be a connection there.

Okay, I'm confused. Another group is saying that Ragna and Saya both went through the Boundary, and only Noel and Mu-12 merge. However, they also don't know why Noel/Jin fought Ragna at the end, so go figure? I don't want to venture into speculation here, so some clarification on either explanation would be nice.

This is someone's translation of how Izanami gets done in in the HK version with subtitles, can anyone confirm details? Noel came up with the idea of sort that if Izanami is immortal and killing her cause this world to reset, so she's trying to "merge" with her instead. Upon the battle, Izanami got run up from behind by Mu, who is "one of three main fragments" of Saya as her (Noel/Izanami/the girl in master unit). But Izanami is far more powerful so she tries absorbing Mu instead. But Ragna intervenes by absorbing her "dark" power and let Mu do the rest. Finally, the two (Izanami + Noel) merges into a new being, Saya. The only one left is the girl in Amaterasu unit... If this is true then I'm content. Ragna keeps his promise to save Saya after all. Does she still go by Noel after this, though?

I think people who say Saya died refer to the girl inside the Master Unit who was absorbed into Noel. Of course, this means that if that was Saya, then who tf was Izanami possessing? If it really still was Saya, then Ragna just helped murder his own sister willingly, which he was ready to do anyway of course, but I think that was before he realized she was being used by a goddess. It would be good clarification to figure out who is who, and if Saya had any free will in all of this.

Are life links basically meaningless in the end? Noel and Nu both seem fine.
