Stupid and pointless concept, and what's the purpose of making the purpose of such a tag oriented system only to say "hey get stronger just kill off your partner and loose all the cool stuff just to become BS" :\ Yeah I'm done with SFxT...
  2. Fixed. It hasn't be stated, honestly PC owners didn't know they were getting Jessica until the update came up out of the blue. Seeing how the HUD has ALWAYS had the spot for the 3 new characters I would assume 07th Expansion always planned to include them, so hopefully PC owners don't get shafted. They can keep the 360 stages and Jessica's meta outfit, I just want Rosa (and George but to a now far lesser extent)

  4. = A= ok... I updated the Characters & System section. I never thought I'd say this but Rolento looks dumb....I'm used to seeing the other SF characters in this style and Hugo and Poison look alright (by this game standards) but Rolento is just....weird...and of course I'm not pleased with either Heihachi or Lili, but eh. The only thing that could get me amp for SFxT would be the (PLAYABLE) inclusion of Kunimitsu and Alex (the Raptor, not SF III) the fact they were once again snuffed and added to the background makes my heart ache...looks like I'll have to wait for Tag HD to enjoy either one again ; w; So there are ow 26 characters in the roster will the site having a spot for 6 more (for a total of 32, not that bad actually); Rufus, Guy, and Cody have appeared in trailers but nothing has shown up, also Lee Chaolan was still rather visible in one shot and there is also evidence of Asuka, so could these be 5 of the 6 remaining?
  5. Uhhh, no offense since I know NOTHING about the manga the game is based off of, but the gameplay looks super silly... It's screaming "party game" rather than "serious fighter" at the moment with all those screen spanning attacks, also it looks a bit confusing too. Like this is basically 1 on 1 with assist that are pretty much always on screen right? And why does the screen pan out so far? Well I'll just reserve further judgment, but should I check out the manga? Cause the characters look pretty interesting.
  6. Wow...Rufus is lamer than I thought...wait... He uses a stereotype that he himself is apart of...my....head.... Anyways sorry I payed 0 attention in SF4, only played arcade twice (Sakura in 4 and Juri in Super) so I am unaware of all the characters traits aside from Juri. Also Mightfo quit trying to antagonize me, sarcasm is exceedingly hard to reflect through text and the fact still remains the exclusion of Anna based on the fact she has a similar style to Nina (which aside for there idle stance is not true) isn't a good one since the game has 4 practitioners of Wrestling. I seriously could care less who makes it in/out of the game as I have very little interest in it, I was merely trying to make a jest at such a silly exclusion reason.

They don't disappear, they're actually knocked up higher than the screen allows, that's why on the next round they are "levitating" because the game attempts to return them at ground level but the introduction of that "negative space" throws off it's calculations. But yeah they already sent out an apology letter and promise a fix of some sort. And I guess I'll just stop uploading vids then ; w;

Also a few days ago the company sent out a letter basically apologizing for the Cerberus and any other bugs that made their way into the arcade release, they are looking into the cause and trying to achieve a solution (maybe just make sure it doesn't occur for the console release?)

Well ASW is actually co-developing P4U, all they're doing is producing CC, so it's not like they have to devote much man power to it, besides for P4U the bulk of their work is going to come from debuging story mode and online. The base game is probably pretty far along since they have 6 of 11 characters done and Spring is still a ways away. Arc is rising up in the gaming world to where taking on multiple projects is actually a reality for them.

  17. I don't see why Kudlak couldn't be playable, and if he doesn't haven't crouching animation that just means he's that manly and his iron shins, no need to block. But the game is already confirmed for a console release so I see no reason for them to not have him and Celia II rebalanced and various other bugs fixed in time for then.   18. I'm sorry but I STILL believe Examu loves DB more than AH, it's everyone else that does the opposite, but this is good, hopefully someone will be willing to port this one... Also right now it looks like there is only ONE "new" character, Nightmare, who just appears to be a an alternate version of Nina partnered with Zadkiel. This was done in the last revision of Daemon Bride as well, in which Rebellion (Reizei) and Judgment Day (Kuon) were added. So I wouldn't get TOO hyped for Nightmare (although Nina is my main so my interest is peaked). Balance changes and the possibility of renewed interest thus a port are nice though!
  19. Well excuse me for dreaming and trying to get interested in the game, I shall just shut up over here. EDIT - Another thing that has been bugging me that I haven't seen mentioned... The game takes place 2 weeks after the events of 4, yet everyone is using their base Persona, what's up with that?

I also noticed this game has chip damage but the health is turned blue, it remains as the Protagonist has this before, during, and after his DP which Yukiko blocks and in return gains some blue health. This is probably recoverable in some way. F U, just because I like an awesome mechanic off an awesome character, and with a fan weapon you'd think reversals and counters would be her specialty.
  21. Ok totally found this by chance but... So far Yukiko is the only character with a character specific gauge. Above her health is an Agi symbol, to represent flame, and it has a level value. Sadly it is only seen at 0 throughout the ENTIRE PV so exactly WHAT it does and how to raise it are unknown. But I think this might solidify her role has a more ranged fighter, depleting my hopes of a GC character and dropping my hype... [ONE] preforming an Agi spell, which further adds prove to being more ranged oriented. [TWO] after getting hit with one of Yosuke's attacks which causes confusion. (Yosuke actually looks at the screen while Jiraya completes the attack, proving he's a dick). [THREE] full view of the entire HUD, poor Yukiko probably isn't cut out for this... [FOUR] after a successfully block "DP" the protagonist is sent FLYING in the air...he looks quite vulnerable... [FIVE] as expected Chie's entire arsenal is all kicks, I don't see her toss out many (if any) punches.

  25. I doubt it since those were the P4 portraits from the base game, and again Rise doesn't do anything in the heat of battle and is actively the announcer of sorts, but hey you never know. Really it was just being dramatic and trying to let you know of the connection this game will have with the original.
