  4. Just noticed there's an NOL officer in the station, he must be pretty terrible at his job to see several renegades fighting and not doing anything about it :s
  5. It's only impossible internationally, it's actually very and completely feasible in Japan, as only 360 exclusives ever significantly, and system sales have always been laughable. It's just weird they would wait this long to "optimize" the region, if this is indeed the case. If (erm, WHEN) the game is announced for NA and EU, I'm confident that a 360 counterpart will exist.
  6. So the article on Famitsu.com gives us (tiny, as usual) but clean looks at the new stages, clean character art for Noel and the newcomers, and briefly goes over some of the new features. Also...it only mentions the Playstation 3 for home conversion, in several significant locations. Sayonara X-tan

There's alot they could do; some features in recent Capcom titles, SCV, and upcoming Tag 2 come to mind. -Replay Channels (allowing easier sharing, group viewing, "shuffle" options) -Online training mode -Tournament mode -Team play (not like tag, but like how you have team tournaments, so 2 teams of 3 can all queue up to battle, or a round robin. Also if Abyss mode returns it would be cool to go through it with friends) -Larger lobby & social aspect The only limitation is your imagination! Oh yeah, I'm tired and blind

Slightly more detailed and yet more vague report says Mori and crew are trying to push through some really interesting ideas, especially concerning netplay (doesn't give example of anything...) and the game is currently 30% complete; not sure if this directly references the console ver (TBA) or the arcade ver (Winter 2012). THE WHEEL OF SPECULATION IS TURNING!
  9. Man you guys, lol. The only thing that would prevent it coming to 360 would be if they had NO plans to sell it internationally, there's no way they'd limit their potential earnings, especially on an international scale. Chill out
  10. 360 possibly not being listed/mentioned is definitely a mistake (either in the magazine or the tip provider), but still; a console announcement this early bodes well for the arcade > console time (much like P4U, so maybe less than 6mos)
  11. Well according to reports the PS3 is specifically mentioned and listed.
  12. Hmm the arcade > console time may just be as short as the time it took P4U to make the jump, apparently Arc mentions it in this week's Famitsu :o
  13. Depends on it's trajectory, speed, how soon you're able to act, etc Until we see/hear about all these moves, anything is possible :o
  14. It costs 100 meter, unless it does a IK tier damage and is a complete come back, I don't see it being anything more than impractical.
  15. lol Also I'm betting one of 2 things; A. Bullet's Ars/Nox(!?) makes her fight like that or B. Bullet is the "Tarzan"/"Jungle book" of BB, human raised in the wild (by Beastkin?). It will be interesting to see how others respond to her if it's that latter, as apparently there is prejudice in the BBverse toward Beastkin (based on Makoto's testimony)

  17. look who's calling the cattle black, lol I wasn't trying to make an argument or take a side, just saying we have no idea how distribution of these (as of yet) non-existent add-ons will work, and that bundled with the quality of the content will shape whether we should go one way or the other. If a character/element presents a blatantly unfair advantage with minimal effort, why would you allow them in tournament play (which are supposed to be skill based affairs?) Obviously we would like to include all content, and in most cases developers try to ensure to accommodate that, but sometimes it doesn't work out. Anyways concerning Bullet's design, am I the only 1 disappointed that her hair sways the other way in her sprite (despite it's orientation in her artwork) :<

Divekick All is right with the world~ XIII characters aren't exclusive, also the console ver of XIII as a WHOLE was a complete retuning of the game, it just didn't make any sense to play arcade XIII (pre-Climax of course) We make these choices as a community, but the usual consensus is to provide a roster obtainable to all parties. The US doesn't run on arcades like Japan, there's little reason to remove console only characters (PROVIDED they aren't impractical as fuck; see: Kilff, Justice, KoF XI console characters). But developers are in the habit of supporting both spectrums, so there's no real reason to debate, especially considering we have no idea how things will be handled at this point (they could introduce new patches/characters prior to console debut, a la Relius and Extend). I say we just let it ride until the situation arises, no point in wondering about "what ifs" (what if grasshoppers could use machine-guns!?)

  23. Because unless she was concealing a 2nd braid, her and Nu were 100% identical the only difference was Nu was Albino and Lambda was Caucasian Oh well Nu had an eye patch, and even spoke Valley Pirate (like ahoy matey!)
