Like I've said before, his overall damage was decreased, but his abare has gone up. Other than that, it's just Inoue, he regularly owned as it were.
-
Ok, I played a bit vs Kliff AI (in AC) to get some feel for what the matchup would be like. So far, it seems that sweeping or GBing kliff is out of the question, he seems to have low profile covered too well. Same with air moves, the best option seems to be hitting him from the ground. Other than that, he's lighter so some combos might not work. On the positive side, Kliff eats damage like a bitch: 2x 6H followed by 5S2S5H 632146S ~P ~K ~S ~H ~D ~K ~S 63214H will instant kill!

iirc 2S doesn't even connect, so I wouldn't get too high hopes on fafnir.

This is just in: http://www.twitch.tv/joniosan/b/333637409 @ 5 minute mark You can continue comboing off of l2BRP!
-
Overall damage reduced -> l1 special damage (usually caused by gun blaze) from 200 to 170, l2 special damage (l2Ri -> l2BHB) from 200 to 170.

You misinterpreted:

Ok, it seems all changes have been reported. - The sweep range looks the same to me. - GB proration changed 100% -> 80%, pillars guaranteed to come out is current level - 1. - charge bar drains slower - 6P staggers rather than floats - l2BRP knocks down guaranteed again(like in Slash), - l2BHB floats and wallsticks (if the wall is in range, otherwise it will send your opponent outside your reach), with 25% FRC it seems to have similar ranges to gun blaze as far as cornercomboing is concerned. There has been no change to its drain on the guard bar or proration, so now l1GB and l2BHB do about the same damage as their followups are concerned; which in the corner caps OS's l1 to l2 damage to ~170 from any normal hit. - l2Ri knocks down, no matter the situation. Gives free action charge, I reckon the damage is around 120 from the average combo, from the BHB AC chain I posted a while ago, the damage would end up around 170ish + guaranteed knockdown + guaranteed level 2 - l3 seems effectively unchanged, now if only our opponents would let us get to l3! - fafnir seems unchanged(no damage reduction or proration). So in short, overall damage reduced; Abare increased, but worth it? I'm not so sure.

Alright, I guess I've seen them all, let me test some stuff and I will compile the changes I saw.
-
So 11ElvenShadows(XD)... What is your assessment of this game?
-
Have you been able to play this?:O I've only seen one matchvid and I wasn't able to gauge whether OS got stronger or weaker. For those that wonder about the sweep range, it seems unchanged to me, however OS might slide forward a little less.
-
While we're at it, can OS get the Chuck Norris roundhouse kick? (Use once to win tournaments).
-
Dammit, I almost forgot they existed too! Yeah, #Reload battle voices is definitely something I would want.
-
Baiken sure as hell doesn't look like Kenshin...
-
I'm not sure I get the question... They just upscale, redo some of the details and voila!
-
No you wont, because GGXXAC Justice is EX and not selectable. Also, I don't really care for a GGXXAC+ PSN version (with the nullDC existing and all). If they are going to do a release like that, they should definitely consider providing HD graphics and all that modern crap or I see no reason why anyone not already playing GG would buy it.
-
Switch to the next high damage low effort character?:D
-
Is there anything else posted about the loketest? They are remarkably silent this time around(probably also has to do with the fact it's not being streamed this time)

Meh, none of those things really bother me (having a lot of experience vs Slayer). The most bothersome thing is his attackboxes, he really has the most outstanding bullshit factor where stuff like 2H can hit fullscreen, jH will hit behind him or 2S will stay out for almost a full jump arc. His priority is just idiotic in my opinion, his damage I don't really care that much for. -

Not as easily sadly. Euhm, well, the GG skilllevel is very different from the average BB level or average SF level. Most players that you will encounter(after this predicted 3 month period) know the game and usually know how to deal with you spamming a button. Sometimes this spamming a button is what your character is supposed to do and they work on playing around it. All in all, the average GG player is far less likely to call you a noob for using stuff he can't beat and more likely to adjust to your play, no matter how good or bad it might be. Work in terms of getting experience, developing gamesense, learning to read the player, to respect the player, learn their character and so forth. The GG system on it's own covers 20+ pages and that's still without the framedata. Learning to apply all that knowledge is going to take time and effort and effort is what most players simply don't like. We pay 1.70 EUR (~ 2USD) per liter over here, YOU DON'T HAVE AN EXCUSE!! -

Meh, tutorials wouldn't really help you with GG. The way you can play the game is completely different from BB, SF and others simply because there aren't any real rules. It really is a game where players can do whatever they want and be good (Kusoru being the shiny example here). This is why you have to play the game rather than just theorize about it or have yourself dictated what to do. I'd say it depends on the character you play, some characters don't really have restricted timing and can get anything to work. I expect that to be in all games... Yes, quite frankly, it took me a year of playing with another person to get basic understanding about the game and build some game sense. Now it's 4 years further and I got kinda decent, so... good luck :D In GGXXAC tierwhoring is the most useless effort you can engage in. Especially because the metagame is developed to the extend it is today, there isn't really that much effect from the tierlist anymore. Some match ups will simply be harder, but it's not impossible to push for that 5-5 matchup ratio. Simply put, no. I think GG will be a 1-3 month hype across the globe, then people will realize that the game does require work(a lot of it) and then they go back to their respective games(SF4). Though how can you be surprised about gas prices? Aren't you filthy rich of there?:D -

Ok, first off, GG is not similar to BB. Yes, the majority of the mechanics from GG made it to BB, but they are still completely different games. 1. There is no tutorial for GG in the game and I don't think that besides some instructional videos no effort has been made. 2. Don't check out CMVs, check out match videos; they contain the simplest combos that will net you the most damage. 3. Well yeah, this should be basic knowledge of the character you play (or face). Alternatively you can also look at the framedata found in the wiki :D The best advice anyone could give you is really: just play the game. -
Who's talking about dustloop here?

Meh, if you want to practice l3Ri, practice something among the lines of: 2S5H l3Ri 8~66H-D l2BRP note that the latter part of the combo is in air, not when landing. You can just tap jump while you're executing the last part of the l3Ri, then you will freefloat for a bit, then 66 to dash in and if you timed it all right you will connect H-D and l2BRP for knockdown. In the corner you should use 7 instead of 8. If you feel you're too inconsistent with that just finish l3Ri into sjS-H-D l2SV.
