chart is more wrong than ass. rachel doesn't need a huge buff, just some to make her not suck.

alright alright i see your point and if i remember correctly everyone can barrier block 2 of bang's poke's and be able to escape or punish. and no i can't play CS rachel, rachel is kinda hard to use and then she's even hard to win with, trust me when i say this, CT tager is far worst than CS rachel, he has shitty gattlings and have no garantee answers for jump in's, he has no invincible DP, his pokes are slow and can be DP'd out of and a lot of his traps can be avoided, not to mention atomic collider is not even a decent AA, with his giant hitbox there are pressure strings that characters can use that he can't do anything about...and to top it off he's slow, even his "mix ups" can be reacted to with ease. i have to outplay my opponent and guess right, i always win by guessing right or outplaying people, its the only way to win with tager. and the astral Disconnect happened because i have a tendancy to disconnect the game intentionally when i do things like that. <3troll<3

bang only has 4 free chances to get in, if you barrier block 2 pokes your automatically free, the reason its his disadvantage is because he has no way out of the corner and you have a damage advantage to take into consideration.

haku-men have counter's which ruin's everyone's oki game. his mix up's are strong and it's not hard for him to get in. and the same rule of if she has no staff! rape that pussy applies as well. i'm pretty sure ryokalways can go into a deeper explaination.

when ragna run's in you can also stuff his dash 5B or 5C with a 5A i found this great when ragna thinks he can run in on tager, you also get enough time to backdash silly shit like GH. remember always punish a wiff GH with 360B or 720. if ragna high jumps and double jumps to avoid a possible spark then 2C or collider him it's really not much he can do especially if he was commited to a j.c. if he think's IAD is wise then from lowest risk? to highest? 2A, psychic collider, or j.C will work, a CH j.C will end with 6k with spark or meter so have fun at it. i found it wise to keep my pressure short when trying only mixing it up to keep him from having funny idea's(ID) or jumping out. now being pressured by him just remember that you can IB punish his shit easily, as for dead spike if chose to block it, then you can 360/720 him or do the usual air punish. with this i never had to spark a ragna unless its for combo's. ok i'm done.

you can wind the A lobelia up to force a block. your normals may be crap but thats what wind is for...it makes applying pressure easier. your normals may have crap range but it's small hitbox can stuff some crazy shit. far as i'm concerned her only weakness is not getting out of pressure, and i have seen some crazy shit, her lobelia is good the only bad thing is if your not winding it, it would push him back, if he dares jump then 6A, shit gatlings into 5B which is jump cancelable and if he runs then you can fork him which we both know what that means. and voiddddd rapes me harder than you, he has tough pressure to break out of and his only bad side is not guessing right on a tick.
