I think in this case technical is just their way of saying zoning/trap/anything not rushdown/grappler/brawler style

Any news on if that boss character is playable and balanced? She's a bit dark for my tastes, but she's got some nice assets. I'd try her out.

The only thing that's been streamed thus far is MvC2 and SSFIV from the two days of streaming I've watched. Casuals in SF IV will probably take precedence over the other games (Or should I say, did take precedence). Basically what I'm saying is what we already knew, Capcom games bring in the most views, Capcom games will be streamed. Hopefully someone actually recorded the bulk of the MB/GG tourneys and BB when that eventually goes down.

I wouldn't try to link games together like that (Pretty big folly even for comparing BB and GG). You at least have the advantage of common FG inputs, and (Hopefully) knowledge of good fundamentals. Other than that you'd probably just have to adapt to a new system of gameplay.

Every list I look at lately places her B+ or lower, usually lower. Eh.

She's the sub-boss char. She's also rather low-end on the tier list, so the reason you don't see her that much is probably because she doesn't bring anything uniquely amazing to the table compared to other characters like her (Last part pulled out of my ass)

I'm thinking violet plungers, black holders/bodies and a black ball top. Anyone have any other suggestions or ideas?

It's still good to know you have options though and don't always have to just fall straight down into j.C/j.B.

I think a lot of Ragnas actually forget, or don't realize, that they infact CAN dash/double jump after doing those ID enders. Dash back j.C has let me into some game saving resets against characters like Lambda/Arakune who will always try to run away from the corner ASAP.

Extremely +frames normals was an exaggeration, but having those +frames on the As (Where it for the most part counts as far as tick setups goes) really opens up some interesting blockstrings for them

It's important to note that Full Moon doesn't have access to Reverse Beating, or that loose cancelling system. Instead they get extremely +frame normals.

MB has very little hitstop, but things like air counter-hits are untechable until you hit the ground. Combos themselves are not difficulty in MB, rather having the reactions to turn any random hit you get into some sort of optimal combo is what most of the game is focused on.

You people are little girls. Quit worrying about how many people are playing "X-Character" and just pick whoever you like the most, and stick with them. If anything, playing as a generic or often seen character is a good thing, since if you are an actually decent/good player you have more chance to stand out from the horde of mediocre/trash players. In the event you run into people who say "Wow, using that overused easy noob character is the only reason you won" then just ignore them. One less scrub mindset to cater to. But seriously, top 5 characters you will see are going to be Weiss, Kamui, Heart, Fiona and Saki
