Bullet's drive deploys a circle, if your opponent is within the circle she'll do an attack that homes in on their current position upon releasing the D button. Connecting with this attack gives her a level of heat (Heat-Up State, of which there are two levels). If you don't connect with a hit when you use her drive (Blocked or whiff) she loses heat instead of gaining it. More heat = different move propertiers/damage values/circle deployed with her drive increases in radius.

That's an interesting property to have... I guess the explosion extending past the actual gauntlet explains why it's a projectile property though.

I still don't get the "They all do the same combo/pressure/ w/e the fuck" complaint though. You do what's optimal, you do what works. This isn't a combo video. Sure we love the players that can entertain us and do the crazy combos that make our jaws drop, but at the end of the day if there are optimal combos that's generally what you're going to want to be doing...all the time. Reminds me of CS1 Ragna where 2/3 of the time you were just going for double Berial Edge combos because that was just what Ragna did in that game.

I'm sure there will be more activity once we get closer to release and Izayoi becomes more "normalized". People always are attracted to the hype new shiny things initially. That and I'm sure it's the usual shit with people having "backlash" against the perceived fanservice character, the same thing happened with Makoto in CS1. Or maybe people just think she's boring and don't want to play as her. I've seen a lot of complaints levied like "All Bullets do the same combo", etc.

I'll ask Kurushii about it when I get an opportunity. I think most "Gameplay Info" material will go on the wiki when Bullet gets a page so it might be redundant for it to go here. Since at the end of the day, the "stated goal" is to have the wiki be the main resource for content with the forum being used to discuss that content.

Dropped a massive update to the video thread. Still missing some vids on the first page but all the 2nd page content should be in the OP now.

Heat up state carries mobility buffs for Bullet's dash and extends lock on so it's not surprising that they opt for the ability to stay in easier over extra damage if it's not going to lead to a kill.

At least view count wise Bullet seems to be the least popular of the four new characters. Whatever that counts for.

The demo videos were apparently removed by the user(s).

Updated the first post with the demo videos for now. Probably will edit them out as more recent and relevant videos become available.

There's no reason they couldn't have a smaller scale loketest before implementing ν-13 and μ-12, same with Izayoi.

From what I've seen from loketest videos she's limited to short, fixed dashes. She gets pretty low to the ground when she does it, wouldn't surprise me if it could low profile under some things.

I probably won't edit in move property type information until we get Arcade release, just because that's usually the type of thing that's most sensitive to changes between versions. Keep us posted in the future if anything else interesting pops up though.
