You gotta work on buffering your random 5Ps to 6H or another 5P. I blitz the beach ball more too, I know it can be beat. Also damn your friend gets CH alot by too late.
-
I do it online against Mays and Zato's just press the button, don't try walking forward. As far as P cross don't forget if the first hit whiffs and second counter hits 6H is free. It's not really common but it does happen. I know you can do some stuff with 2S and jump install for damage but it's less reliable then just jumping and doing j.D loops.
-
Beating people who don't know the matchup is never the problem, it's dealing with something like sol that knows he can press 2D and beat anything that's not BDC or 2H.

Holding up back against Slayer isn't really a good idea in general. But I think one of the problems is ending combo with K mappa, it's just straight up a bad combo ender, it's so bad alot of times I will just opt to end with 5K if I can't get a 2D in. If you do end a combo on K mappa your best 2 options are probably BDC bite, and just mashing 2P(against characters that don't blow that option up). That being said for them just blocking out your pressure and them jumping out and running away...well that's part of the game. If you think they are iching to jump out, 5P,6H,2S,j.6P+H are all really strong options. Even better option is just YRC whatever you were doing and jump and throw them, some characters with annoying stalling tricks can make that more difficult, but normally those stalling tricks will let you hit them with CH 2S which should get you 200+ damage without even spending meter. Also try to remember if they chicken block and you get them blocking something they have to burn meter to not die.

It's super easy against May and Zato, just press K. It's not even close to working against Chipp, unless your cornered but it works against the whole cast when cornered.

Just play some more, I have no problems moving around even in 10-11F of lag as long as it's consistent. You just have to trust your fingers and your timing and not rely on visual/audio cues. Now if your trying to backdash or DP on wakeup online...yeah well good luck with that.

I struggle to get 4F-5F of delay with people in my own state. It's certainly worse then BB/P4. It's around where UNIELs was but the game itself doesn't work as well in lag. PS4 version is noticeably more stable so make sure to get that one.

[FB] Gunner Zaku Warrior General Discussion: LUNAAAAA Edition
ShinsoBEAM replied to HDKirin's topic in 2000 Cost Suits
THREAD NECRO. *When melee suits are closing on you. *Canceling with other specials *when they overheated and a hit is guaranteed but a gerobi would be unwise *Conserving A ammo. In pretty much every other situation A is better. -
If he is doing the "unblockable" just EX cutting sync that on reaction if you have meter. If you don't just DP and trade. Other then that 214X series is really good in the matchup at neutral. Another good tip is after blocking overhead EX cutting sync out especially if he doesn't have CS/meter.

Please note that's all players. That is why Hilda is so high and Eltnum/Yuzu are so low.

If they think you are going to j.2C they will not dragon they will just shield>punish. You can make them scared to do that with j.2[C] whiff.

Yeah get it straight Hanazana Kawa is the VA who has gone to highschool the most times. -
Basically go in training mode and work on making so your moves will combo but leave gaps if they block, and just stagger out everything. Plus stuff like (2B > 5B > 5A > A > A > 3C > 22B)x2 will beat anything that isn't a reversal, obviously you should mix this up especially with throws. Like sometimes I do 2B > delayed 5B > 2A which will catch a surprising number of people who think an overhead is coming or something. Be careful about doing 2C(both hits) > 22B instead of just 2C(1hit) > 22B or 2C > 421B > 22B because if they get hit by the second hit only and you don't have inhuman reaction times 22B will completly whiff and you will get punished hurray. I strongly recommend if your running up and doing 2B which is one of her good options, to start doing dash 2B > stagger 5B it gives you plenty of time for a confirm and still allows the same combos. Also if you plan on doing 2C I recommend holding 9 if it hits boom start the j.[C] which works at a longer range, if it's blocked 5C is pretty good, especially if you have enchanted rounds and shoot them trying to jump out of 5C>C. It's good to remember that when you have vorpal you can whiff cancel your 5A, so if someone only has super flash reversals think Merkava, resetting pressure with 5A is often worth it over getting the 5AAAA mid string. After you do a 22B for the love of all that is right go back in you're +8, I don't care if you're "baiting" dragon unless you dash in their face they arn't going to commit...probably. I just see way too many eltnums do like a 22B then go for 2C at their current range or a 214A and it's just baffling. Also I find doing stuff like C > 5A whiff > 22A is extremely effective at baiting out pokes when in vorpal. Because once you have conditioned them on C > whiff A , dash in they just want to press a thing when they see the 5A. Plus if you have enchanted bullets in the corner off counter hit 22A, you get some serious damage.

Jeez I'm going to stop playing until the internet allows me to block overheads on a 3 bar connection I think I blocked like 10% of them, and they were basically all blind guesses...RIP my win rate. Everyone I fought today knows it too, just overhead every time you can't react.
-
Throw him/mash button if he tries the pass though. No special blockstring just any of Eltnums dozens of block string he has no special tools really to let him out of your pressure just run him over.
-
Byakuya forces people to play his game I strongly suggest going into training mode and learning his options, he has a good number of gaps where you can reversal out if you read him right, once you get knockdown just don't let him out. Don't forget you can shoot/whip his webs.

Where do we check in? Edit: Nvmd I see it's on challonge. -
Yeah that's him, I keep taking rounds of him...but losing the set. I kept meaning to message him to tell him gg/great Hilda.
-
Thanks for the tip about 236B and 421A under skewer. I only play online and havn't fought a Hilda with a connection better then 2 bars yet, mostly just prototype and uhhh man I can't remember the other guys name now he was like right below prototype in the rankings though, blocking j.[C]/2A online is suffering.
-
IDK about anti low but Chaos's 66B is head invun.
-
The random flipouts only occur if your midscreen and don't have enchanted bullets. It seems like you can still prevent them somewhat by doing dash then 66C then microdash 22B to get them to work midscreen but at that point your better off doing the 2nd combo you listed.

Lag Tier Hilda>Vatista>Carmine

Are you east coast and on a wired connection? If it's 2 bars or better I think I can play against Hilda without throwing my stick against the wall.
