We've known they are in full control of the digital release before it even came out. Aksys staff confirmed that for us. Just like ASW was in full control of BBCSE localization for NA, Aksys just published it. It's looking more and more like Aksys is being pushed to the side for ASW titles but we will have to wait and see.

They were seeded by region and all. Psyken hasn't competed since SJ2012, and Marlinpie doesn't even practice for P4U. DC and Jourdal got a higher placing than Marlinpie at Apex lol.

You won't see a new GG/BB on PS4 for at least another year or two. BBCP and GGAC+R are still to be released sometime this year on PS3. Unless they been putting dev time into a new next gen title after they finished P4U I would say you have a good two years plus to wait. It's always in arcade first for at least a good 6 to 12 months before console. Course it could be a Hard Corps sequel or one of their other smaller franchises.
