Do you play on Sanwas or Seimitsus or other? Sanwa's will register if you breathe on them while Seimitsu's you actually gotta "press". Octagonal gates also make more cool "clicking" noises, lol. Only inputs that I tend to mess up on stick are if I'm facing left and try DPs or Bang's IAD j.4C combos. I also don't mash the buttons cause I don't see the point, I only "double tap" certain moves (5C in FRKZ, some air j.4C>j.Cs) but it's not really the same concept as actual double tapping. The whole point of playing on stick is that you can be more precise and the buttons are huge by comparison to pad, so I don't see how someone could NOT be accurate on stick and have to mash the buttons.

Since your ranking was Kyu anyway it doesn't matter, but otherwise it doesn't work like that. Your name can be changed no problem, but whatever character ranks you currently have stays the same regardless because it doesn't make sense to remove them. -
Rankings have been updated! Matches from the "East" Danisen League Battle #3 have been uploaded: This is only open to US and Canada. ***READ THE RULES!!!!!*** I added extra notes that should explain any situation. https://sites.google.com/site/blazbluedanisen/rules Current Rankings: https://sites.google.com/site/blazbluedanisen/rankings Start Time: (expected to last ~2 hours) “EAST” League (EST/CST) 7pm EST / 6pm CST “WEST” League (MST/PST) 7pm PST / 8pm MST General Information: -Please try and be on early so I know who all is available and so I can friend request you. -Player Limit: 6-12, but really it is 11 as I will have to be in the chat room even if I'm not playing. -Rounds: 2 out of 3, in other words the default settings. Basic League Rules: -Everyone starts at Kyu. You can NOT go below Kyu, no matter how many matches you lose. Kyu is basically equal to 1st Dan 0. This is the "Beginner" rank. -Each match represents 1 point. -You must earn +3 points for a promotion. -3 points and you will be demoted, starting from 2nd Dan 0. -You may only use 1 character per night, unless told otherwise by me. -You no longer have to pass if you sweep the room, PASS ONLY WHEN YOU GET A PROMOTION. -PLEASE read all the rules on the site, it is very important people understand how it works, and it is very simple to understand if you actually read it. Sign-Up Instructions: -Sign-ups begin immediately. -Please continue to sign-up even if spots are filled because there is a good chance someone won't be able to play at the last minute. -No alt accounts. If I find out someone is using an alt you will be banned from participating until further notice. It takes away from the point of this. -If you sign-up I fully expect you to be around when the time comes even if you aren't listed as within the first 12 people. People will drop and I need others to fill those spots. If you sign-up, think of it as you plan to play BlazBlue in some form that night anyway. -Please don't drop in the middle of the league, only sign-up if you actually want to PLAY. -If you are a RETURNING PLAYER, you only have to post your PSN I.D. unless you are switching to a new character OR you've already used multiple characters in which case I need to know which one. -If you are a NEW PLAYER, you must post all your info like this: SIGN-UP FORMAT (You MUST use this format if you are a NEW player, NO exceptions, so just copy and paste) PSN I.D.: Character: State/Province*: Time Zone*: EXAMPLE: PSN I.D.: zeth07 Character: Bang State*: Maryland Time Zone*: EST Current Sign-ups: “EAST” (EST/CST) - Moy_X7 (JI) - Jyosua (JI) - MirageKnight24 (HK) - *Koopa_Klawz (TG) - HallowHaven (RG) - jason900 (RG) - Ethereal_Albion (RG) - Demonwindbomb (NO) - howling-_-moon (RC / ? ) - joeboy185 (VA) - zeth07* Back-Ups: - Uri_WoZ (LI) - direwolfnotinbed (TG) “WEST” (MST/PST) - RenvaltEX (JI) - Psykotik94 (CA) - OniShirou (TK) - I_SEE_WEABOOS (BA) - NorseFTX (TS) - "Mystic d" (TK) - brkrdave (AR) - - - - Back-Ups: - SenaXLuna (BA) If you have any questions, you can contact me here on Dustloop or on PSN: zeth07 or on Twitter @zeth07BB Please Read Everything Carefully

You would leave anyway right cause of that 1 loss. I'd probably do it just in spite of you as joke after what you've said, lol.

People get hit by it offline all the time so not like online would matter in the grand scheme of things.

[CS1-CSE] Road to Ikaruga - The Bang Social thread - Do you even 3c?

Watch these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTKbtOmabBU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAgcfKkSjDQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qb9tqjCh9zM Read this for FRKZ: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?12934-BBCSX-FuuRinKaZan-Guide-(v2-0) Which can basically be boiled down to landing this combo, J.C, 2DASH, 5B, 2C, 6DASH, 5C, 6D, 6DASH, 2D, pause, 6C, 8or9DASH, j.4C, 6CANCEL, j.D, 2DASH, land, pause, 2B, (9DASH, j.4C, 6DASH, j.4C, 6DASH, j.4C) x 3, 236236A (ASHURA) 6.8k Dmg 55 HEAT That combo will basically work off almost every hit, and all you need to adjust is whether or not it is 3 loops or 4 loops, and knowing if you start with 5A>5B>2C, you don't include the 6C after 2D and then just use 3 loops. In the corner, just do CS2 Challenge #10, and adjust it accordingly for starter. You are now basically caught up to Extend. -

GGs Mucky, xntrikcat, mirage, relambrien, akira. I shouldn't be playing this game at 3am.
-
lol at the astral thing. Cause it was about the other person you mentioned. I remember Moy mentioning who it was but didn't think anything of it cause I didn't recognize the name. But then they sent me a friend request, saying they wanted to play me sometime. I sent one saying I don't get on much but I'd play as long as they were EC or at least MW / Eastern Canada, since I didn't know who it was anyway. They send one back saying they were in Canada. And yet they live in Cali....Like what's the point in lying about something like that? Not really a big deal, just doesn't make sense to me.
-
Ragna's got Blood Kain, it's always cool.
-
Should've picked Ragna, lol.
-
Pick a better character.....oh wait.
-
Lol, why do people lie about the stupidest shit. And no I'm not talking about you stayfree.
-
There was an option to carry over save data when you start the game if I remember right. All my story modes were complete except the "new" characters obviously. I believe the only thing you would need to "redo" is play through the True End to unlock something, but I can't remember for sure.

5/19/12 - "East" Danisen League Battle #2 [Kyu to 2nd Dan] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERlvXXTmYfA [2nd Dan to 3rd Dan] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkILKPgjDz8

Then I'd say you're doing it wrong, lol. Just throw that shit out there.
-
Just play the game. It's really that simple. I could have a nice long discussion about this topic, but it really just comes down to playing the game and doing what you want as long as you're having fun.
-
I would highly recommend this as well, as it is what I do. I wanted to answer the initial question instead of providing an alternative first. If you do decide to do this instead, the third 5B will feel much more timing dependent if you choose to go into 2B. You could choose to go into an air combo off 5B which will be much easier but do less damage (which is what I do.) Also it should be noted that the 7j.4C should actually be delayed slightly or else the spacing will be messed up.

PSN - Danisen League Battle #2 - Saturday, May 19th - *Check Times*

Here are the matches I recorded from the "East" league: Battle for 3rd Dan: Battle for 4th Dan: -
After you do the 623B, you want to hit them as early as possible with the 5B, so that they are higher up above you going into the rest of it. This gives you a bit more time to dash under and helps you avoid not dashing under properly. Although it's really not noticeable and may not even matter. Another thing you could try if you aren't already is do a 9j.4C after the 6C so that you are more into the corner, instead of a neutral j.4C. It works with either one of them, but maybe one or the other will help you with the timing. You want to do the first j.4C as early as possible after 6C, meaning you won't even see the actual jump part of it. The third 5B is also a little timing dependent because if you hit them too early as they are falling the 2B will whiff, but if you're too late you will whiff 5B entirely and they till tech. Just in case you come across this problem. That's all the stuff I could think of for that combo that may give you trouble.

PSN - Danisen League Battle #2 - Saturday, May 19th - *Check Times*
zeth07 replied to zeth07's topic in BlazBlue Online Play
It was more about giving other people a chance to play. Some people can probably play on Fridays, other people can probably play on Saturdays. Switching it up lets both play every once in a while. The time on the other hand is most definitely just the time that fits for me, so I tried to just pick a middle ground between evening / "late night" since that's when the majority of the people are available to play. I know there are some people who can only play "late night" and others who can only play earlier, but the time is really just what works best for me first and foremost. Right now it hasn't been an issue with sign-ups, but some other time I may do a "late night" league battle just to switch it up a bit. In other news, I will be uploading the Danisen League Battle #2 videos I recorded from the "East" league. I'm going to upload them overnight, so I'll post again with the links "tomorrow". In the meantime, anyone who wants to, subscribe to the "BlazBlueDanisen" youtube channel and you can watch em whenever they get uploaded. I will say there were some really good matches during the 2nd half with the 2nd-3rd Dan group. www.youtube.com/BlazBlueDanisen -
lol, emptiness being distracting.

Damn, had my hopes dashed.
