Since the opponent is in time slowed state and Millia isn't, I'm wondering if, when she inputs a high or low depending on how the opponent blocks the RCed tandem top, the opponent can react in time during the time slowed state. -

This I'm curious about as well. RCg Tandem Top and then using the time slow could possibly lead to some easy unblockables. Though I guess it depends on how inputs for the defending player who's slowed down are handled (i.e. are they locked into either high or low block, or is are they able to switch up before the mixup comes in). -

It's simple really. Regular Freddie alt wears his trademark yellow jacket. Dragon Install has him simply taking the jacket off. -

Millia has had a radical redesign before from GG to GGX. Potemkin's on the other hand reflects his current story (no longer a slave wearing an explosive collar). -

It's not just the pickelhaube. It's also the amount of green and the lack of red. Then there's that armband. That said, I hope this leads to Mike Z making a tutorial with a bad german accent this time. Instead of "Real Soviet Damage", we should get "DAMAGE ZAT VILL LAST FOR EIN THOUSAND YEARZ!" -

Dunno why Potemkin is looking like a Wermacht officer in his new design when Zepp is supposed to be a stand in for Soviet Russia. I mean, it's not just the pickelhaube, but the whole design aesthetic screams 1940's German Army. Well these are 3D renders and not hand drawn art. Sometimes the polygons don't exactly match how you'd expect someone to look when hand drawn. On a related note, I'm surprised no one has mentioned that their hands are larger than you'd normally expect (though anyone with a bit of sense would understand that that's to keep better proportions when viewed in game from the side like a 2D sprite). -

No reason for Xrd not to have the entire cast from previous games since they're now using 3D models. The only reason SFIV lost characters compared to previous SFs is that SF has a huge cast. Having to put every character that has ever appeared in SF would be expensive and difficult to balance. -

Off course, Aksys is more than just Arc and for all we know, neither of the two new titles mentioned could be GGXrd. That said, if it is Xrd, it could lend more credence to the theory that Arc may be trying pay more attention to the US market now.
