Um, just do BnBs mostly. I mean, if they're practical and people use them, you can go for it. The rule I would go by is don't not show a combo just because it's too hard, but don't do it just because it is hard either. If it's max damage in a given situation, or gives knockdown where the standard combo wouldn't, or results in some kind of useful setup, those are good reasons to demonstrate a combo. If you feel like doing Anji, that's fine, but be sure to watch the video that's already there and cover things that that video does not. However, as there is already something for Anji, if there's another character you can use your time and resources on that doesn't have any videos up yet, go for that one instead. The only reason I mentioned Anji is because Aruren volunteered and I didn't want him to feel like he shouldn't do it for one reason or another.

Ok, so every 4 months or so this thread flares up with a little bit of activity, and always ends with nothing being done. I propose that somebody do something this time. From reading the last couple posts, looks like Seku and blitz could colaborate on some Millia footage? Seku, if you get the video, I'm sure you could send it to somebody for post-production (editing, soundtrack, etc). If you know your way around Millia, you may not need that much help, but it would be good to double-check with blitz to make sure you have all the necessary things covered. If you look at the first post and there are no videos for other characters that you know, feel free to contribute there too. aruren, there's already an Anji combo guide, but if you wanted to look at it and maybe go in a different route or explain things a little better or make it easier to digest, that would probably be cool. If your setup allows for you to do direct video and it doesn't look all ghetto or anything, there's no reason the psp version should make a difference. Pestilence, make an I-no video. Nobody is going to stop you. Yash, remember this once you get settled in. If we could get Chase to do a Faust tutorial that would be good. Also, with AC being playable online now, there may be new people interested in learning, so don't feel like your work will go to waste.

Yeah I tend to ignore when people plug tournaments. I don't really travel so I just tend to gloss over them. A month ago is fine, and a couple weeks or possibly even a week is OK, but if you're telling people about it two days in advance, they're probably either already going or it's too late for them to decide to go. It's cool if you're just like double-checking to see who is going though. Also, please come to PowerUp at the end of April :p

There were 2 sets of brakes. One was that he took ill and stopped traveling around the beginning of AC, and the other was that 3 frames of delay were throwing him off. We didn't play a long set, but he had a few tricks up his sleeve and was adjusting and getting some combos down towards the end. I hope he keeps playing and gets better.

The more you know. I played a really nice set with somebody from Delaware tonight with 3 frame delay. It's kind of amazing. People that have bad computers should get better computers. Hey, somebody should say something about making sure your modem doesn't have a firewall, or forwarding through that as well as the router. I scratched my head like all day trying to figure out why I wasn't port forwarding while I clearly had no firewall up on my pc, and had clearly forwarded on the router. Daisuke himself said GG players were too old to play video games, so most of us don't know a lot about computers and networking and all this new-fangled technology. When I was your age a net work was a bunch of cans with string running from one to the other, etc. So yeah, somebody should just add to the FAQs that your modem may have a firewall in addition to your computer and router. I've only played BrentQuest, and I think he's in Oregon now, which is like the other side of the country for me, and we had to play with a delay of 5 frames. It definitely messed with our game, and obviously makes okizemes, mixups, reversals, and ib's a lot harder. As we played more, we started to adjust to combos and almost completed a couple towards the end. We probably played somewhere from 10-15 matches. Slashbacks are pretty much impossible. All that said, it ran exactly like GG should run on a 5 frame delay. Most matches were perfectly smooth with 0 lag spikes whatsoever. I look forward to playing somebody with whom I have a better connection. At a 1 or 2 frame delay it probably wouldn't be too bad.

Man. Yeah, if teams happen at all that would be great, but we probably need more than 3 GG players present if we want to do GG teams. Also, regular GG is on Sunday. You should do that instead of Melty Blood just saying. Sean said he might come but he makes no promises, so I won't add him yet, but if anyone was hoping to see Sean there's hope. Also thanks for confirming, John. I figured since you were back in KY you'd make it, but hadn't heard from you yet so didn't want to jump to any conclusions. Wonder if Josh Balla will be there.

Me Havok Paul (probably) Eric Delpheus (pretty sure) Chase Magic ThatSlyMoogle Kyle Kyle (Circles) Tad (Kyle said) Dingo fist Face (probably) Dulyanna Looks pretty great so far I'll hold off on adding Mac for now. Face and them will be there but who knows if they'll play. I'd love to see Avi and Dandy J in there.

Here. Here. Is Trag still head Admin here? He's been uploading tons of Marvel videos lately. Maybe we can convince him to do some for GG at some point? Maybe get character experts to write the text and combos out and just have him record the stuff? Is there anyone else around with the equipment that we could coerce into helping out?

I haven't been to this thread for probably about 3 months at least, so it's good to see you guys are still doing the whole tubesteak thing. Less catching up for me to worry about.

Not to mention that the article it's talking about is grossly taken out of context, and the conclusion it draws is already proven to be not the case. Not really. Zinac said there was once a Faust tutorial up for Slash, but I wasn't able to find it. Marvel 3's been out for 2 weeks and there's already a tutorial for every character, but we can't get any love for Accent Core:(
