I would think any move that has invincibility frames that wiffs probably can't RC. Hey, any Special or Clash Intros? Sol vs Ky Millia vs Venom etc. I saw the 3D intros but will they have clash intros too you think?

Based on how we currently know Danger Time works, I don't think it works with throw techs, especially given how some timings for throw teching are in other players' favor even after the tech. That, and I think they abolished Burst Throwing too for obvious reasons. I'd sooner assume anything that can clash with Sol's Volcanic Viper without getting blown back would enter Danger Time, meaning he's taking more even MORE risk to mash DPs.

I just noticed Chipp's "Misty Illusion Slash" (Genrouzan) has an alternate input. Instead of 41236+K, it's 63214+S. And he can do two versions of it off a wall cling.

Given how Potemkin has always been the "coder/tester/programmer" of the games (Hideyuki Anbe anyone?), this could just be an alternate costume test.

I am so hype for Chipp now that he can wall cling like Strider ala MAHVEL! Side note: there's a running gag with some Grapplers in fighting games where they changes costumes and make a winquote comment "Don't you recognize me!?" (Birdie does this in Street Fighter Alpha).

Chipp: --His Belt has some kinda design. --I think his red scarf will be a regular thing now, and not something he takes off anymore...so he's like Strider/Bang now. May: --"A Work of Novel 2187". Novel is one of the JFP Crew and May Ship's Engineer. She represents the Month of November and is good at coming up with "Novel Ideas". *rimshot* Apparently she makes weapons for May too. --Also says "Jellyfish" Twice...and I think something "___ of Johnny" --I think May's a perma-Loli now. Of course, her baggy outfit and height compared to other characters is deceptive, so it's hard to say...I can't tell based on her chest size either. Venom: --I think he's got a V for "Venom" poison motif icon which I believe is "Dark Angel" in fancy font. --Also says something like "Settle with Elegance" throughout his outfit. These are based on the 3D models so their size might be different when put next to one another, so likely we'll see more details and correct proportions in-game.

Last I checked, the Japanese didn't invent the term "Everyone is Gay for Bridget", (though they might've invented the term 'trap'). Regardless, I didn't vote on that poll, so maybe next time I *will* vote if a more accurate poll presents itself. And to anyone who is worried about Slashbacks / Forcebreaks ...I wouldn't. We lived without them in #Reload, we can live without them now.

Aside from all the excited hopefuls (SxB it's not "Franny" it's "Fanny"), here's some things to think about: OutRage (8 Sacred Treasures) cast will likely be in: --Sol (obvious for Fireseal) --Ky (obvious for Thunderseal) unless The Maiden wasn't unsealed. --Anji (obvious for Zessen) --Slayer (obvious for Unknown #1) unless he passes it on to someone else. --Somebody who owns Senga (Flashing Tooth) (Maybe Johnny?) --Somebody who owns Ekitoku. (Eternal Fervor) (Possibly related to Flament Nagel?) --Somebody who owns Kojouhaku (White on the Lake) --Somebody who owns Unknown #2. ---Somehow all these link back to Dizzy so there's THAT too... So you should expect at least 4 new characters, if not in Xrd, then in Xrth (4rth?). Then of course there's Tyr (who might actually be a good candidate to inherit Kliff's Dragonslayer War Relic since he's an old pal of Kliff's and Ky too), not to mention his sealed dragon arm Fenrir. And then there's "That Man's" 3rd Servant who has yet to be named/revealed. I assume he's the current 'final boss' of Xrd for now. And if Eddie's still alive you just KNOW Venom will be chasing after him again at some point. On a key point though concerning Bridget, last we heard he was looking for his lost Twin Brother...we may see his Twin as a new character and possibly a rival interest for Bridget.

Things to think about: 1. Just because the last game Daisuke worked on was #Reload doesn't mean he's basing this game on #Reload. 2. We don't even know how much of a window Projectile RCs will have for slowing down time. What if Ky does his RC from an Aerial Stun Edge from long range? What if Sol can IAD from his Gunflame RC? What if Millia's Tandem Top move can RC into Rolls and Rolls and Rolls and Rolls before someone gets out of blockstun? We don't know we don't know. And because we don't know we should stop worrying. 3. Leopaldon is in Antarctica I doubt he'd show up outside of a stage cameo. 4. No one is even talking about what might happen should Dust Attacks be dash cancellable on block...and what that could mean for mixups and IADs.

Someone needs to make a game called Super Theoryfighter II Turbo Championship Edition because that's essentially what this is.

Overture calls it "Modern Cancel". I'm surprised no one is talking about being able to Dash Cancel off Dusts now. Impossible Dusts were highly technical back in the day, and now being able to do that with just a Dash?

I want to see Grant George voice more characters. He was pretty cool as Warrior of Light in Dissidia.
