That's fine; I'll play Ky if you want. I'm just trying to gauge what I need to concede to get people to MM me, since Qwerty won't even put up a can of soda (´・ω・`)
-
So far I have: Honnou for FT7 for $10 STenSatsu for FT7 for $10 Hellmonkey for FT10 for $50 and open challenges to: Aquas - name your terms Qwerty - $5 versus his can of soda for FT5. Dreidel MMs okay too. Open to mms against anyone from SoCal too.
-
I never get hangovers. I'm just that awesome. I tell you what. Since you're such a broke jew, and since we can bring beverages, how about you bring a can of soda and put that up against my $5 in a FT5. SWEET TASTE OF VICTOLY GET!
-
Not you apparently! m9(`・д・´) FT7, $10 then. Bring it! I guess the rest of you pansies can't take free money when it's being waved at you. Are you streaming GG money matches? 'cause I'll do it.
-
I tell you what; if you're willing to offer some small odds, I won't pick Ky, even though he's the only character that I know how to use. That's how free I think your Anji is m9(`・д・´) Biotch, you're so free that I'll take almost any handicap that you want. Hell, I'll put $10 against your 75c in a FT7 m9(`・д・´)

All right then, I'm taking GG money matches at any stakes. We can negotiate terms. I'm calling out all you bitches. Honnou, Fred, magz, Hellmonkey, and anyone else who wants to come get some m9(`・д・´). I'm also willing to give odds if you truly suck (i.e. qwerty, Aquas, Zerox etc.)

Sept. 4 is iffy for me.
-
That's my question, what would X be?
-
Wait...that's it? To stay overtime each day would just be $165 extra total?! How long can we hold the room for?
-
Real men don't option select. Real men mash HS and get insta-killed when the HS whiffs. All or nothing man!
-
Exactly how much extra are we talking about?
-
Sure I'll take MMs in GGAC, $1 a game, ten games :o I already tried suggesting a bunch of venues, but I'll see what else I can dig up.
-
What's with this FAIL? What happened to the SJ site? Even at 480, that shouldn't be too bad.
-
Well, you can certainly do cheaper: http://www.union.sjsu.edu/SU/SU_Event_Services/SU_Room_Layout/Umunhum/umunhum.html IIRC, the parking is $5 for all day until midnight if it's on a weekend. Which isn't bad, especially if people carpool.
-
That would seem more likely; I mean, would they really track down the console gamers by name in the bowling alley? Plus, this looks promising to me. Get a professor to sign off on it, and I think you'd be golden. http://www.union.sjsu.edu/SU/SU_Event_Services/SU_Room_Layout/LomaPrieta/ballroom/ballroom.html

I may show up later today.

You'll be missing out on the Qwerty GGAC drinking game. -
Nor-Cal's 1st Shaq-Fu Ranbat (starts at around 7:30) Results: 1) Ehuangsan (Mephis) 2) Honnou (Beast) 3) Kijiyama (Leotsu) 4) Qwerty (Leotsu) 5) Tenkai (Shaq) Shaq-Fu determines tie-breaks based on how many points you scored in your match. Beast is too broken.
-
Here are the Shaq-Fu results: 1) ehuangsan (Mephis) 2) Honnou (Beast) 3) Kijiyama (Leotsu) 4) Qwerty (Leotsu) 5) Sean (Shaq) That's right, Shaq-Fu determines tie-breaks based on HOW MANY POINTS YOU SCORED IN YOUR MATCH.
-
Someone bring something for co-ax so we can stream the Shaq-Fu ranbat!
-
You know what that means? FREE SHAQ-FU RANBAT!
-
Fixed. ヽ(゚∀゚)ノ But yes, Shaq-Fu should be a Nor-Cal major.

Actually, those combos aren't quite as hard as you make them out to be. I had originally thought (probably like most other people) that it's all about getting the HS SE FRC timing to a tee, but it's really more of a spacing issue. When you view it in that way, the HS SE combos become surprisingly easy to do. I got them after 5 min of trying once I understood that it's more spacing than timing. Also, the forcebreak combos are several times easier for 20-30 pts less damage if you really fail at the SE combos.

From a pure execution standpoint, Ky is the easiest. His options are rather limited, so after 30-40 min of sitting down and practicing (which is something I ought to do someday), you can pretty much do anything he is capable of with relative ease. However, winning with him is a whole different matter altogether (´・ω・`)
