Okay. Judging from what you've sent me, you're easily set to go. Be sure to download adobe FMLE (it's free and helps to render the video). Think of adobe FMLE as the MEDIATOR program. As in, you NEVER go to Justin TV or Ustream to start off your stream. You talk to the mediator and he starts the stream for you. From adobe fmle you can... Adjust the size of your stream output broadcast (what viewers see) Adjust the bitrate of the stream (Audio bitrate + Stream Bitrate = total bitrate. Therefore if you set it at 1800, audio and stream can only max out at 1800. I use 2500 for my streams. Audio takes 96 bitrates, so 2500 - 96 = what's left for the stream to use). Adjust other... stuff. Remember, get Adobe FMLE. It will save you a lot of headaches and its rendering process makes videos look amazingly beautiful, even better than paid programs like Wirecast (that's what I use, and I'm not joking).

Added. When I get some time, I will help you with the stream. But, just to make sure, how new are you to streaming? Do you use Justin TV? Ustream? Livestream? How good is your computer (tell me your specs, but ram and video card are most important). Also, what's your internet connection? UPLOAD, not download. To check that out, please go to http://www.speedtest.net/ 1 mb/s is only okay. It's pretty much the bare minimum. 2 mb/s and you're talking medium to high quality. 3 mb/s and you're talking what I normally stream at: http://www.justin.tv/ipwcoopa Take a look at the archived videos.
