The guys playing didn't make it look like it did. They just did a whole lot of jumping. Considering how slow MK characters move I really hope there is one. I thought Kung Lao's face looked ugly which sucks because he's probably my favorite MK character. His fatality would've been cooler had I not seen it a kajillion times in Shaolin Monks.

JP NBC didn't have the one guy dies -> you lose rule? I swear I've seen playthroughs on YT of the PS2 version where if one guy got KO'd the whole match was lost. Fighters Gen review notes the same thing. Ah I see now, it depends on the mode. XBox360 version removed the mode with the one guy dies rule.

Gameplay shown at Brasil. Part 2 I gotta admit, the game actually looks a lot better in motion than I thought it would. Still seems a little simple mechanic wise but that might be because the guys playing weren't that good with combos and such. Some of the animations look kinda robotic as well. I think the game could use a dash mechanic. Still not totally sold, but I'll keep an eye on it.

Meh I think she looks alright, I kinda like it if a little simple. And it's not like Nina is original looking herself.

I think NGBC was different too. It still had color edit and a gallery but game modes were different and it was normal tag-team rules as opposed to 1 guy dies -> you lose on the PS2 port. The stages were different as well.

Jedah or Pyron, and both are villains. Actually, Jedah would be perfect. Capcom Fighting Evolution(yeah it sucked) even had Dante appear in jedah's ending, it would be kind of a nice throwback to that.
-
Wrong, Felicia was in DS1. And despite being in his DMC3 outfit, he's not the same Dante(as in young dante) as he was in that game.

I always liked Bass but I can sadly see Axl getting in before him. Capcom's just like that. I mean they put THAT Spencer in. Not the one people wanted. I always wanted a Powerstone character to be in. Probably Fokker/Falco since he's the posterboy, but I always liked WangTang and Jack. And Jack had that bitchin' theme. But chances are MvC3 would screw it up by trying to technolyze it. Still, it would've be cool to see somewhere from there. I still don't get why no Rival School characters are going to be in roster, that's retarded. But then again, that's Capcom.

I want this game now. The demo was fun...I was reminded why Whip used to be my favorite KOF girl. I know the online isn't going to be that good for me but ah well. The soundtrack is pretty awesome too. Falling of the Nightingale and Desert Requiem are my favorites. The former reminds me a bit of BB music and the latter of Guilty Gear.

She-Hulk? That's whack. So far that list has had the last 3 announcements, though Zero was kinda obvious.

I finally got around to downloading this, pretty fun game...I actually like it more than MvC2. If anyone wants a match...I'll oblige but I can't promise greatness, I haven't learned the gameplay fully yet. Kim is sheer beast in this game BTW.

I can't believe anyone would try to question magneto being in this game. The guy is one of Marvel's most iconic villains, he's one of the most popular comic book villains out there, and he''s been in the Vs series for a hell of a long time. Magneto seemed like an obvious choice really, and definitely one that makes sense. Haggar is hype, awesome. But this could mean that list was legit, which means Viper(meh), Frank freakin West(ugh), Red Arremer(I actually don't mind him but there could've been better chocies) , She-Hulk(blegh), and goddamn Howard(do not want). The other picks weren't bad, though I feel as though Strange should've been in over Shuma. I'm hoping Haggar was just a coincidence or lucky guess. ^True. We'll have to wait and see. But if Howard's in you owe me cookies :P

Calling Howard the Duck as the mind melter.

I thought Deadpool's theme was kind of annoying. The vocals sound like something you'd hear on a pop radio station these days. They completely messed up most of the MvC1 themes though, my god. Morrigan's especially, they drained all the class from it. Chun Li and Spiderman's sound ghetto, like they were done on a bootleg midi set. Ryu's just sounds stupid(seriously Capcom, the techno crap is getting old), iron Man's is boring though it always kind of was, and Captain America's just doesn't fit him. Wolverine and Hulk's are the exceptions though, they both sound better actually, and in fact are pretty badass. On the positive Arthur, Tron, Doom, Magneto, and Amaterasu's themes are pretty legit. And I can't believe they gimped Devils Never Cry. That's sin right there :/ It's not bad but it sounds watered down. So far I'm kind of underwhelmed and I think it's a downgrade from MvC1 though some were pleasantly surprising. Nowhere near Capcom's best musically though, not at all. I'm hoping the future Darkstalkers doesn't end up sounding like this.

Some serious hate up in here. SF isn't that bad, but like KK I'm not too hyped either. Still going to give it a chance though.
-
I agree with Kyo, Spidey's new voice blows. He sounds like a cheesy shonen dub. And I'm not hyped for Wesker, honestly I don't know much about him, but he comes off as painfully generic. And America's old hammy voice was lulzy, I loved it. This one doesn't have as much ooomph.

Ugh makoto is like seriously the ugliest chick in SF. Man hands, loud ass mouth, donkey kong feet, she's so ugly. And I dunno but buff school girls don't appeal to me at all, so that costume isn't really clicking for me. But then again I just dislike Makoto all around, so of course 'm not gonna be happy with her.

Lol watch them put in Network battle Megaman. X was my favorite Megaman incarnation, even if he was a bit of a wuss. Like Hecacom said, he's got a crapalod of options to bas his gameplay off.
-
Think we'll be seeing a Red Earth character unveiled eventually? I know ADON is doing a new comic for them and Darkstalkers, maybe that's hinting at it.

New trailer stuff. There's a nice surprise! It made Joe and Ammy look like pussies though :/

It's official: The music in BlazBlue was made to be slower.

Bullet Dance is so lovely, even when on morphine. That intro sounds even more epic. Which one is next? -

Pssssssh it's the Tsubaki tier of BB music, with CS opening being the CS Rachel tier. @SD: In some cases you can kind of hear the instrumentals clearer when slowed down. That's what made them enjoyable for me. It's just a slightly different way to experience already great music. -

Yeeeeah this one sounds good! I don't think Rebellion could sound any worse slowed down either. -

Slo Fiction sounded better until the around synthy part before the chorus, which was ehhhh. Slowrequiem wasn't too bad. a little cluttery sounding though. Like, if it were arranged it'd sound great. Slowsin sounds pretty cool. Surprised by how good these sounded. Would love to hear Marionette Purple like this..
