In order to accurately create the matchup chart we need to factor in some other pertinent data such as: Dropped combo ratio Green tech ratio Purple tech ratio How you were feeling that day metric Instant block % on both ground and air moves Only then can you even begin to think about developing an accurate and focused matchup representation for ragna vs ragna. ;-)

I feel the need to fish for counter-hits against tager when I get magnitized from a volt. If I attempt to zone/space I get re-magnitized eventually. When magnitized I feel the best option is to switch to being offensive. Also 2D and 5C give options to best an over-ambitious tager by pulling you into range just as the move comes out (i.e. tager vs tager backdash while magnitized creating an invulnerable forward dash of doom). Jumping is usually a huge mistake.

I am hoping that while they are nerfing damage, they are also nerfing the length of combos across the board. If this happens the matches will be faster paced and I don't think time-outs will be an issue. If litchi still takes forever to combo and just does less damage for example, then there will be a big problem.
