Therefore it requires a different chart, as you are comparing say a ragna mirror to an arakune mirror...using the standard match-up chart already states that it doesn't include mirrors so that chart should say 'N/A' for the mirrors.

OK, what I don't understand here is why the JP high-skill players would use nomenclature like 6-4 or 7-3 to describe a situation of a harder mirror then ragna vs ragna. That terminology is best left for situations of non mirrors because it actually makes sense. There is no way for the mind to truly 'wrap around' a mirror match being 6-4, you simply can't explain that away there are too many loose ends. Allow me to offer an analogy to this situation that will hopefully clear things up and stop this annoying posting garbage, if you take a 7-3 mirror match and then flip it (i.e. turn it around), and continue to go to west Philadelphia born and raised on the playground is where I spent most of my days. Chillin out, maxin, relaxing all cool, and all shooting some b-ball outside of school. When a couple of guys who were up to no good and started making trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one lil fight and my mom got scared and said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air".

uhh I agree with evilben...Tager's combos do crap damage. His RESETs do godly damage, but all resets come with a price against an opponent who is aware they can occur.

noel's revolver chains are ridiculously easy to block/counter in comparison to CT. Loss of OH props on 2D helped a ton, just be ready for the overhead on 2b or low on 6d(both slow on startup and easy to insta-block) and you get a free srk/backdash/iabd/etc. The exception being assault through but even that will get hit from the back if Jin 623C's.

risk vs. reward. blocking opens up options on your opponents wakeup so its higher risk for higher reward. Throwing out a safe pattern quickly leaves you (especially Jin) at mid range where he excels.

@Wing: Your post and signature are in perfect harmony there lol. Pretty much given up on playing online as it just makes you a bad player to get used to input delays and such.

ic, issue I have is a good tager won't even let you ground tech so you almost have to guess when to tech in the air. Spending meter to get out is annoying but seems to be necessary unless something like j.B would work

Yeah im not even calling it lag...just slowness, sorta hard to describe it just felt like the game was overall slower. So in situations where I beat the 3C > 2B link which is Jins B&B, I was dropping it like 80% of the time resulting in a missed 2k+ damage combo (not to mention causing me to rage).

It seems quite logical to me that a Hi-Res game like BBCS should be played on a Hi-Res screen. AV / Component inputs on an old CRT may have made sense for ST and older games but the times they are a-changing. i.e. I doubt BBCS cabinets are CRTs :D

So my LCD is faster? Being straight up here but that just simply does not make sense.

If tager gets you into his bread and butter while you are magnetized when is the best time to air tech? I am finding myself airteching into a reset collider way too often. Perhaps I could 236D in the air after teching to make him eat a freeze?

It felt like I was playing in molasses, like 25% slower then @ home with a big screen LCD with 256 hz refresh. I'm not making this up obv there was a glaring difference and I play on ps3. Not sure what it was so my only guesses were refresh rate or the resolution screwing with me.

I can imagine you could 3C or 6A as well to fully exploit the cross-up gimmick, but complete the combo once and a while to keep people on their toes :p

Need to get a screen with decent refresh rates in there or I may find myself traveling to MA to play more often lol.
