Good shit, I tested delaying 5D against all characters who have a 5F jab and it definitely works and seems preferable if someone is mashing 5A on wakeup. but what I want to know is if giving up anything by using j.2D in place of 5DD/Delayed 5D in midscreen knockdown mixups? If not, why isn't j.2D the goto oki?

I know its still too early to be talking about this, but given how the game's story ended we'll probably be getting a new version of this game eventually. I was looking through old posts about this game before the console version was released and I saw this and a link to one of the developers talking about how they wanted P4A to have as much DLC content as Blazblue has. So would you rather have a version up to the existing game, or new DLC characters that can be purchased, do you think we'll get more characters?

Hey guys, just picked up Chie as my main (May Liz rest in peace) and so far I've been focusing on combos that KD rather than damage. Midscreen - 2A 5A 5B 2B 2AB J.2D/5DD/2DD Oki depending on placement and character, start with J.5BB into beginner mixups/combos after Oki My corner game is getting a bit better though 5B 5C 2B 2C 5B 2AB Oki 5B 5C 2B 2C 5B 236A 236A 5B 5C 5AB Oki 5B 5C 2B 2C 5B 236A 236A 5B 5C j.5B j.5C j.5BB j.C j.236C 5B 5C 2B 2C 5B 236A 236A 236236A 236B 236B 214C 236236D Any tips on where I should go from here? I've been trying to get into Side switching and Back dashing into j.5B cross up but I still feel like I'm lacking alot of other fundamental things that I should be focusing on.

Not gonna lie, Elizabeth looks like shes straight up ass. I'm gonna main her anyway though <3~. I do like her one of her IK supers shuts out any jump-ins or air approaches from the opponent. Hopefully we'll see some decent damage combos from her soon, alot of the stuff we saw so far seem to be very situational.

Not gonna lie, even if IKs aren't comboable. Naoto's is pretty bullshit. That one match she bursted as soon as the round started, got 100 meter, activated her IK and won. It doesn't even look like it can be dodged that easy. Also. Teddie is day 1 main now. Dem barrel mix ups.

Oh man, Rosa's combos are beast. She can combo into her 623AB from almost anything. End her partner's combo in something that knocks the opponent down > Attack tag-out > 234AB > 623AB 2A > 5B > 5C > DashCancel > 2A > 5B > 5C > 3C > 234AB (slight pause) > j.5C land 623AB or 2A > 5B > 5C > DashCancel > 2A > 5B > 5C > 3C > 234AB > Dash > 2B > 5B > 6C > Super of your choice.

I would use my keyboard but one of my arrow keys acts really weird :c. I'm not sure why the super only comes out 40% of the time though, I'm hoping its just a execution issue.

Got it to work, thanks guys. It turns out I just had to directly copy over the old files with the new one instead of using the installer. One more question, is the ingame controller set up any good? Or should I use something like xpadder? I'm not sure if its just my execution thats wrong of if its the game. But every time I try to do Rosa's 23462346 BC super (the one where she dashes at the opponent and combos them) and most of the time it isn't even coming out. Only like 25% of the time it does.

I keep getting that error too :|, I have the original game plus the latest update. Also thanks for the help PLZSIC, I was a bit lost on where to start with Rosa when I get the game running, but atleast now I have some kind of footing to know where to start.

Anyone else here maining Rosa? This is going to be my first time playing this game and I'm not sure if shes a good character to start out with due to her playstyle but I'm determined to learn her and George. :U Is there a hamachi room or IRC for this game on dustloop yet?
