  6. Pfft I sub Haku and I probably turtle more with him when I should be doing that with Nu lol Traditional zoning doesn't really work in BB, we have to be more proactive with our zoning. Maybe if our swords did chip damage we wouldn't have to worry about opening people up. :P
  7. I wish we had some videos of the new gravity cancel routes, what I had in mind was if we can do gravity follow ups on block we can do tk crescent > gravity > act? I'm also enjoying everyone else's doom and gloom, now they know how we felt when they announced the Lamb/Nu split. :P

  13. Boo leave the smack talk lol. To be fair there are quite a few beginner Azraels that use growler as a crutch but I think its start up buff will be an important neutral tool in match ups against zoners

  16. Well we'll see how generous they are; the start up of 236[D] might make it so we can't combo into it from any simple D hit. Perhaps if 3C still floats the opponent?
  17. They would probably let Lambda keep the Gravity Hit to try differentiate them with as little effort as possible. I'm more curious on what gravity will be like done in the air when it's cancelled from crescent. Air Supra also sounds really wat
  18. Yea exactly, it's pretty much a combo only tool. Its use in neutral or its intended use as an anti air is pretty situational. I'm also posting under the assumption they're using the Dia supra as the base version of the move so we'll have to see if they combined the properties of both Luna and Die supra since Lambda didn't get Supra.
  19. Eh they need to change the properties of supra for this to be of any use lol, the move as is isn't anything special except for the soft knockdown in Luna forma. So we'll have to see if this is a big deal or not. But the possibility of being able to do Sickle > Gravity > Teleport sounds neat. Canceling things into Gravity may be the new stance change. Edit: Lambda can cancel her A Parser into the B or C Parsers or Exiga Nail.
  20. For Nu: She can cancel Spike,Crescent(wat?), Sickle, Supra into Gravity seed. Supra can be done in the air. We can Act Parser out of Spike, Crescent, Sickle and Gravity. So Mori sure likes his Toyotas
  21. Looking at the new moves, it seems what we saw was the j.214[D] version of crescen. So all 3 of our D specials have a regular, [D] and ~C version. Edit: SWD you sort of got your wish; if I'm reading this right we may be able to cancel Spike,Crescent?, Sickle, Supra into Gravity seed. Supra can be done in the air. We can Act Parser out of Spike, Crescent, Sickle and Gravity. Lol so now we can hit someone with a sickle, lay down a gravity and teleport all in one string? I thought Lambda was supposed to be the hit and run character. Canceling things into gravity may be our new Phase Shift/stance change.

  23. That sounds insanely optimistic if gravity recovered fast enough for us to link off of it lol. Hopefully the drive damage buff stay to mitigate the lack of Luna. Who knows, maybe 4DD will have insane push to make 5DD > 4DD > 4B, 214D~C really consistent lol The new sickle and spike variants seem only useful to fill in the combo gaps left by the loss of cavalier and Luna spike. They really want Nu to focus only on zoning now it seems. Hopefully they'll buff her Supra to some sort of combined Luna and Dia version since the dia supra was fairly situational to use. And then maybe we can keep some form of oki with the faster gravity. Overall it does seem like Nu's neutral is better so far. I think j6D is a bit underrated right now as well. Edit: its a bit hard to tell with the low quality footage but it sort of seems like Nu's start up and acceleration of her dashes seem faster? Did anyone else it feel like that was the case?
