  1. I could see him doing a headbutt style move, it's not that different than his 6A, but just not as a command grab. Maybe as his normal throw animation or something if it was supposed to stagger only.

  5. Not that I have Persona, but just curious. How would you punish a kind of combo. It's not like you can control what they do once they start their combo. Unless they're just mashing desperately to try and land a hit.
  6. Yup. Just good for ambushing people with level 1 stats.
  7. They should just use whatever system they use for Halo. It always worked fine. Although I recall from my Halo days that people thought the rank on that didn't mean as much either.
  8. Blade = Kishuu xN Well, it only got the projectile invincibility in Extend I think, so it's not like we haven't lived without it before.
  9. Isn't that just how the level system is. But then people would say it doesn't mean anything and just rewards people who grind all day.
  10. Awesome breakdown of his pressure. I agree with Steel Coil on the aesthetics part. Although when you first mentioned his command grab to help his non-star pressure I was imagining that it would be meterless. As for the changes, if there's player feedback that they listen to, maybe there's some Hakumen players there that would fill them in on their opinion.
  11. But, you're not getting punished for making the right guess. You're making the wrong guess. :P
  12. Getting guard broken means you're letting them get away with too much on offense. It means you need to start poking out sooner. Throws are way more obvious than instant overheads. Everything stops while two giant exclamation points show up.
  13. I hated what they did to Hakumen's voice in Extend. It sounded like someone fell asleep while messing with the sounds. I always liked whoever played Hazama in CT. He sounded calm and enigmatic, but his ghost form sounded pretty troll.

  15. Whoa, you're alive. Yeah, that's the way I liked the story too. I'm guessing it'll be more True End style, where you play a different character based on whose doing what at the time.
  16. I just play same as always, unless it's too laggy, in which case I probably just won't play. But I mean, if you're playing you want to get better, so if you don't play like it's a normal match you won't get as much out of it. Also what cheap Hakumen only tactics. :P I must add these to my scumbag repertoire.
  17. It's useful. I hit Ragna's out of Dead Spike a lot with 3C. It seems to be dependent on their range or something though.
  18. How do you generally approach the matchup. Do you just try to keep Ragna out, or go in on him once you get stars, etc.
  19. Well, I don't think it beats his 5B or 5C. Just HF since the hitbox is high enough.
  20. I laughed when I found out 623AA beats Hell's Fang.
  21. Yes. I don't even play Jin and I want it.
  22. Use Kishuu too, you can't hold back on getting in.
  23. I don't think he's gimped without stars either. Just supposed to be at his weakest.
